Great housekeeping service. Inclusion of refrigerator, microwave, cable TV. Room smelled nice and clean and was kept up by housekeeping very well.

Room was ragged around the edges. No safety latch on door (broken/missing). Thin outer plaster coat on bathroom ceiling mostly missing (not falling down, just gone), ceiling radiant bathroom heater not working.

My first room was not up to par, but without hesitation they had me meet them at the new room saving me the trouble of going back to front desk. Trisha N was extremely helpful in information of the town. She went above and beyond. I’m currently reserving another weekend mainly because of her hospitality.

Once they moved me to room 115, everything was perfect. I’m hoping to get the same room next trip.

Booking charged me prior The hotel charged me at check in. Was told it was for incidentals. Now I have to fight Booking, and wait to get my money back.

no staff. no one at the front desk in the mornings, we’re told no one was here by housekeeping. vent fell off in the bathroom and there were two syringes hidden in it.

Gentleman who check us in was standoffish was not polite or friendly. Also asked for extra towels and recieved none. Alot of road work not the fault of hotel but makes it hard to get to the hotel. Maybe a emailed warning would have been nice
