The staff was very service oriented and made my stay go well. The AC unit in my room was not functioning and when I informed the staff they were happy to relocate me.

When I tried to check out at 6 am, there was no one in the office. When calling the Inn, there was only a recording. When the call transferred to the front desk the handset was just sitting there. I waited 20 minutes and had to depart.

Location was inbeteewn Myrtle Beach and Conway right off Highway, and wasn't convenient to access stores, food and shopping by walking

The cleanliness of the room was by far the best. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is in a great location because it wasn't to far from all the amenities. If we have another softball tournament in that area I will be booking with Riverfront Inn again.

I can't say there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The location was Ok. The stuff was friendly. Thank you for the free breakfast, although I would have liked actual milk for my coffee instead of powdered.

The soda vending machine took my 4 quarters and didn't give me my water, Oh Well.

It’s an older hotel but staff was lovely and it was very clean. We stayed two nights and received full cleaning service in between - which seems quite rare these days.

The staff was very helpful and it was quiet. There weren't any crackheads roaming around, no loud parties. It was a pleasant stay.

Just a quick stay after a 36 hour trip so really just needed a shower and bed Both were clean and very low noise from outside Very good value

Tremendous smell of marijuana constant. Door was hard to lock from outside but no problem from inside.

It was okay by the hotel standard. Some more variety would've been appreciated. It was nice for what it was, but a bit more would be nice.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was very neat clean everything was perfect ☺️
