Beautiful room! Great location to golf.! Really nice golf course!

There was no "stove" in our unit, just a 2 burner induction cooking surface. We had to call maintenance because we couldn't get it to turn on. We eventually learned to crawl under the sink, unplug it and plug it back in every time we wanted to use it. Also, instructions stated to load the dishwasher and start it before you leave. They left us dishwasher soap, but no soap to do dishes by hand. There was no dishwasher and no place for one in the unit. Otherwise very satisfied with our stay!

The grounds were nice. We were busy and didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool. Overall it was a good value. We were initially placed in the wrong condo on a different property that was unappealing, dingy, and too small for what we had reserved. They fixed this the next morning and got us in the correct place but offered no compensation for lost time for having to relocate our belongs or for the fist night stay in a very subpar condo.

In look for the washer/dryer I opened a bifold door with the air unit inside of it and the filter and closet were covered in dust. Looks like the filter has never been replaced and the ceiling fans in all the rooms were very dusty. The blinds in master bedroom provided little privacy because they were all broken. The master tub was clogged and the hall bathroom sink was clogged. Holes in walls. There was also a roach in the master bathroom that we killed.

The second condo we were assigned was perfect. seemed to be recently refurbished. Had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed. it was also super clean/

The original condo we were assigned was appalling! No sheets on bed. Bedding on the floor. Industrial bulb for dining room light. kitchen under stocked. No complaints regarding second condo.

Villa was very spacious and clean. Nice amenities with good proximity to the pool area. Requested a room close to the elevator and the request was honored. Overall great villa and awesome stay!

After the 1st night, the entry code for the door did not work. However, the response time from maintenance to reset the code was awesome. Bed linens were a little old and worn looking, but sufficient. Did not like that the rental office closed at 5pm, which we were not aware of. Also, did not like having to get up early to check-in the next morning before 10am.

The location, the rooms, living areas, and all of the other amenities it came with.

Not too clean, and old bottle filled with used up cigarette buts, no internet, no wi-fi. The kitchen facet was loose. A/C filter was out of place, wanted installed, it worked just fine.

The condo was relatively clean (corners of places were a bit dusty). It had a washer and dryer which came in handy after coming in from the beach. The property was quiet. We saw a lot of travelers but you wouldn't know that all of those people were there, quite peaceful.

We stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bath condo. It was spacious and gave us the room that we needed (2 adults 4 children). The main bedroom had a queen bed. It was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was a sleigh bed and at one point we lifted up the mattress to find that the slats were not correctly placed. There was a big gap between the top of the mattress and the headboard and the slightest movement made a squeaky sound. If I was laying in the bed and my husband came and sat down on the other side, I would roll towards him. We barely got any sleep at all. It was 4 nights of tossing and turning 😭

Size of the unit was nice how the set up was.

Did not know about the deposit. Also the unit was not clean food on the floor the beds linens had stains on them. The bathrooms was not clean.

Only thing I didn’t like was we got a call from the front desk saying we were being to loud having a party but it was only i & 2 other female friends. we sat around around having a conversation but was never loud to disturb. but front desk was kind about so overall it was a good stay.

The location was great and the unit was very clean. There was an issue with the bifold door covering the washer and dryer being off track. The maintenance crew took care of it in a timely manner. The balcony was right on the greens and the view was wonderful.

The directions given in the after hours check in were not clear. We spent 20min trying to figure out where the unit was in relation to the rental office. It would have helped if the enclosed map designated your present position (rental office) followed by markings that told you exactly where your rental unit was and how far. It was dark when we arrived so not being familiar with the area and the lack of clarity with the map resulted in wasted time and taxi fees. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable.

Great location , great space and nice community. Ample parking and close to the mall, selfie world , Walmart etc... wonderful place to stay

Bring a few rolls of toilet paper and a few trash bags. If you forget , Walmart is just a few minutes way. But you will need them if staying longer then 3 days.
