The rooms were clean, soft beds, shower was nice and clean with hot water. Breakfast was nice and majority of the staff were very nice and helpful. Especially the blonde lady working the desk August 30th the evening we got there. The refrigerator in one room wasn't working but was fixed quickly. Loved the room, indoor pool and hot tub.

We got stuck in the elevator and it took a few minutes to get someone and by the time we were able to get off I was just trying to breathe. We weren't making a fuss about it but the lady that reset the elevator kept saying it was to many people it should only be 5, and one of our family said it was only 5 of us she said well then you were over the weight limit. The 5 of us are not 2500 lbs. She could have just said I'm sorry this happened or someone will check into it or anything besides blame us. I was having my second ever panic attack and she was acting like that. None of the other staff were rude like her. She was also rude to Kelly when she reported her refrigerator was not working.

Online reservation and check in were simple straight forward and I knew what to expect, there were no surprise charges. Every person both staff and quests were friendly. Especially the gentleman who worked Sunday morning (10-13-2024) in the breakfast room. He was attentive to the guests and made certain the food, beverages and condiments were filled. He helped a few kids while the parents were checking out at the front desk.

The fitness room needs to be bigger and have more variety of workout equipment. Pool and spa were great!

The check in staff member was sooo nice he was sooo attentive I really wish I got his name but our tv wasn’t working when we got there he took the time to come and fix it for my kiddo even though I told him it would be okay if it didn’t fix because I had my laptop and he insured me I would not be staying in a room with no tv. Very very kind person and smiled and was patient with all guest I seen him interact with. I didn’t see other front desk staff after he left but I would book again because of his customer service and dedication to making my stay great. The breakfast was sooo yummy.

No issues

It was close to the beach, shopping, and several different eateries. The staff was exceptionally friendly (most was anyway)

The floors needed to be shampooed or updated. The carpets was filthy. It definitely did not meet the “Raddison” standards that I have stayed in before. The breakfast failed to meet our exceptions on so many levels. I have stayed in holiday inns that had better breakfasts. Their muffin selection included white or wheat bread or an English muffin. Then you could choose a meat of the day (once it was sausage patties, once it was bacon, once it was sausage links) or scrambled egg, or you could get waffles. That was the whole hot food breakfast!

Clean Room

Threatening to charge to EVERYTHING! Asked for a handicapped shower chair when booked room. Once I arrived, I asked the manager for a shower chair as he said he would get back with me but he never did. Later found out this hotel doesn't have shower chairs for handicapped visitors. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. It been over day call motel tell me that it was refunded and call credit card company and they told me the need to finish up but credit says that they couldn't do anything because it pending , I wouldn't staying at this place anymore.

Room is clean and have enough space for family to hanging in there. I don’t mind small bathroom but more important is room space. Floor is so pretty and it is laminated not carpet WOW. Buc my son have asthma is allergic to carpet but I’m glad room is laminated floor. Breakfast is prefect my family enjoy hot breakfast first thing in morning. Staff r so nice friendly want make sure customers r satisfied well.

Bad view buc we can’t see how pretty windows look out view all I see closed motels, no good yard to look and enjoy it. Wish can build nice view can enjoy relaxing look out windows.

The staff was amazing, check in was quick and there was easy access to the hotel without a bunch of traffic. The location was close to everything and very convenient. We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite which was super nice and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Myrtle Beach. I would like to thank everyone on the staff for making our stay enjoyable and the good conversations.

There was nothing that we did not like and highly recommend this hotel especially if you are looking for something easy on the wallet.

There were two men that sat on their truck tailgate each day and smoked & drink alcohol for all three days I was there. I believe them were property worker with the hotel. This made your property look BAD. I don't smoke nor drink alcohol. They were there until 11:30 each night. You should set up standards concerning employees.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a good step above the regular continental breakfast, which was refreshing. The POOL (Indoor) was operational and nice. YES, it is OPEN!!!

Breakfast was great, however, the only meat option was pork sausage (no alternatives -non-pork or plant-based). We just don't eat pork. Breakfast is so good that it is too crowded to "just get coffee", Coffee should stay out front, to aid with the flow of movement.

The room was clean, nice size, comfortable bed, and hot water was amazing. The price was cheap with breakfast included and nice location. Easy way to the beach/ boardwalk.

The hot tub in the room did not plug all the way so it drained as you were in it. The toilet had a weird flush. The lady at check in was weird and not so friendly.
