Great location. We were greeted with a smile. The breakfast was well stocked and offered many selections. We will stay here again! We love the selection of soaps and hair products. They even had good body lotion.

Only negative was the second night they ran out of complimentary bottled water. I asked if the purchase water was discounted and the girl looked at me like I was crazy. She said they didn't order enough but she couldn't discount it. Had a bit of an attitude about too. The plugs on bedside tables were worn out. I had to prop my phone charger up to keep it from falling out.

Laneka was the most pleasant encounter we had from the start. And then talking with her she shared that this was actually her second shift job. Wow to have an employee that is so sweet and considerate after working another job is just a jewel. I hope she is recognized and appreciated for her services. I enjoyed seeing her and talking her as much as I love staying her year after year.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything. My only “peeve” is that the room didn’t get as cold as I liked. But I’m a hot natured person.

My stay was so close to everything. Friendly people, front desk, housekeepers, cooks. Beautiful area I love that I can come back home with clean clothes. Laundry room fit right in place.

If ever a moment to check something, do it earlier. Had to as if mattress be check for a sink as i left. I WILL COME AGAINTOTHIS HOTEL. Another thing I noticed was that the pool had a big ring. Every kid there was writing their name in the ring. 😁

The room service on clearance was outstanding. They was very friendly and asked if we need anything. The desk staff were very informative when asking anything of location of area. Tell everyone we enjoyed are stay

The only thing I see is the map for free parking at the location. Also time restaurants are opening for lunch and closing in afternoon till dinner. . Lunch time was very hard to fine just driving around.

From the moment I walked into the lobby the wonderful clean smell was in the air. To the exceptional customer service, I received from Nicole at the front desk. To go over and beyond to make sure we were near the door to let our two dogs out at night. To the lovely woman that worked in the free breakfast area sorry I forgot her name (she had two cute birds) The comfortable beds and Pillows. The location was great near a lot of attractions. And best of all they were dog friendly... Brian was the manager there and was always walking the halls making sure things were being done. Thank you for this great experience.

I loved the hotel, it's a very beautiful place and directly across from Broadway at the Beach, bed was super comfortable..

When we got there, they checked us in and we went up to our room, I booked a king and we got 2 queens, when we called down they said it was The run of the house reservation, to me that was ok but I feel they should of told us at the front desk, thru Booking we paid more for a king room and everyone was like no and we didn't receive a price difference 😢

I didn't like that the cleaning staff, they starts doing vacuum in the hall before 10:00 A.M.. Us a customer that is in vacation i like to wakeup after 11:00 A.M. since when i work i wakeup at 6:00A.M. It will be nice to sleep with out any loud noise outside your room. Everything else was good.

It was away from the venue but still close enough. Facility had friendly staff and nice amenities.

Price for 3 nights was high. Should never cost $500+ for 3 night stay.

The hotel was in a nice location and close enough to certain attractions. The free breakfast provided to guests was excellent, with plenty of options. Laneka, at the front desk, was top-notch wonderful!!

WE'VE STAYED HERE PLENTY OF TIMES AND JUST LOVE THIS LOCATION AND THE HOTEL ......HOWEVER WE'VE NOTICED THERE'S SOME WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO THE HOTEL .....FIRST FLOOR SMELLS LIKE DOGS BUT I DO KNOW IT'S PET FRIENDLY ......THANKS RICHARD
