Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I did not like though that the restaurant charged a tip and then asked for another tip. A tip is not automatic. It is based on my experience with the service.

I like the amount of garage parking. My family and I came for the cheer extreme event. This hotel was three minutes away driving distance and a 10 minute walking distance. 15 minutes away from the mall !! The restaurant on site was good. Breakfast is nice. This hotel actually listens to the privacy sign. They didn’t bother us all weekend. It was very quiet although there were other vistors. Become a member.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel.

I think this property is a good location depending on which way you want to go. Only a couple blocks over from beach. And a few from broadway. It’s clean in lobby, have snacks, different events going on.

I’d say my room was decent but the bathroom was a little disappointing. I guess I am comparing it to when I came in the summer the room we were in was beautiful and clean. I’m not saying I wouldn’t return I just didn’t like this room

I liked that the conference rooms were connected to the hotel so I did not have to go outside.

I ordered from the restaurant and they made my order and brought it out to me. I asked for extra of one of the key ingredients and when they came back out they said they didn’t have any. The issue is they made my order WITHOUT one of the key ingredients and did not tell me. I had not looked in my sandwich because I was going to wait for extra of the ingredient.

Breakfast is not complimentary! I was never told I had to pay for breakfast until the server slapped a $96 check on the table!! $15 per person buffet $8 for children 5-10 and the food was disgusting. All together we didn’t even eat $15 worth of food from this “buffet”. Very unexpected and disappointing

The property was very walkable for the area. Price was reasonable for the quality of the stay.

Location was a large highlight. The staff was very friendly and was willing to supply free waters or towels whenever asked.

Comfy beds, location hotel amenities,the restaurant in hotel the bar ice cream and coffee shop .

The parking garage was a bit tight for SUV the pool was ok could been a bit cleaner and longer hours.The price was a bit much considering other hotels with same quality same area or closer with lower prices but hotel was good overall. Wish some of the restaurant in the hotel offered some discount being that we stayed in hotel for guests but it was ok some things but over priced.

Check in process was quick and easy. We checked in online the night before so all we had to do was pick up keys. Location is central to Myrtle Beach. We ordered room service; it was quick and the food was good.

The beds were small and hard for our liking. There really wasn't a pantry that we could find for a quick late night snack. Only vending machines are available.

Steel was very comfortable wonderful hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, although it was a great experience.

What I didn’t like is it had to request that my room be cleaned on Saturday they did not clean my room on Saturday. I had to request it to be clean. That’s only thing I didn’t like.

My only complaint is checking in. The check in area was a little congested.
