We loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to alot of restaurants and bars. We like that it was a real oceanfront view and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The hotel appeared to be clean. The front desk clerks were very nice with assisting us through our stay.

We did not like that it said breakfast was included then when we arrived the desk clerk stated that it was for Springhill guest not Courtyard guest. For the price we paid to stay for 3 nights we should been able to have breakfast as it stated online. We did not like that our beds were more on the full size than the queen size as stated online also.

The hotel and oceanfront view was beautiful! Great location to walk to shops, attractions, restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I had a lot of trouble getting the Wifi to work. An option would come up wanting me to join something which I didn’t want to do. Without doing that I could not get internet without going in and out of my settings constantly turning off my WiFi button and clicking on Courtyard Marriott guest then go out of the screen and coming back in and turning my WiFi button back on again. I had to do this 3-4 times before it worked! That was very frustrating!

Everything! From the spacious room, gorgeous view, and high-level floor option they gave us for our room; to the wonderful facilities and excellent location, I can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved it and will be staying there again in the future.

I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. For what the price is per night parking should without a doubt be included. I also didn’t like that the parking deck was so small coming and going in between the floors. However l, it wasn’t something that would deter me from staying there again in the future.

The location was amazing. It was enough spaced. The bathroom was amazing. I felt like the beds were very low to floor.

Upon checking in I was charge a fee of $25.00 by front desk agent. When checking out the front desk manager changed me another fee of $20 because she said who checked me in on Saturday did not charge me the correct. I explained that was not my fault because the agent who represent the company charge me one fee and that she should NOT have tried to correct him by charging me again and by not telling me.

The location was good close to a lot of different stores & eating places. Liked the pools & access to the beach!

Really the only thing I didn’t like was the parking having to pay $20 a day to park! To me that was ridiculous for the amount I had to pay for the room! At least the parking should have been free!!

I loved the hotel everything is nice and clean and very comfortable! The staff was amazing as well!

I didn’t like the fact that it was no security watching around the pool area and at nighttime things got really out-of-control and because there was no security watching one person had the pool closed for everyone else. This guy could’ve been caught from The beginning when he was peeing on the floor in front of everybody… because of him we had multiple pools closed and it was not fair. This guy had glass bottles and a Glass bottle Jack Daniels,three coolers and I saw a lot of people walking around with no bracelets as well. It seemed like anybody could walk in and the fact that I paid for a very expensive hotel and I had to share the pool with people that didn’t pay as much as I did Was very frustrating as well.

Beautiful view and nice decor. Clean and good at sound proofing producing an enjoyable quiet room

MISLEADING breakfast and dining information!! Marriot Springhill implies that they are married as far as amenities. We could go into certain areas like dining room because they are separate. The “bistro” couldn’t make Starbucks other than blonde or dark, and early they didn’t offer any breakfast! We saw signage in the elevators for breakfast and dining but when we approached the front desk they were somewhat rude and said “that’s only for springhill guests” yet at check in we were told breakfast was until 10:30 am. We went across the street gor Starbucks. Can’t imagine what people with children did. Also confusing info on the website. Funny how Marriot members not included in the fire pit or dining room, but some of their rooms were on our floor, and shared Marriot member elevators!!

Hotel was very nice, unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to weather. We can definitely say, Barbara the Bartender made everyone’s in the bar area feel like family. Also your elevator are excellent, we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Myrtle Beach and the elevator have always been so slow, bumpy and sometimes smelly, it really is the little things like this, that contribute to a smooth trip.

Lower the food price, a bowl of oatmeal should cost more that 3x the cost of a 48oz container of oatmeal.

Can not say enough wonderful things about this hotel, we were originally booked with a different hotel but it was so awful we immediately left and came to this property. Oh my gosh the drastic difference we had with the switch. Staff is amazing and the food top notch. We ate at the hotel 3 times and loved every thing we tried the bbq flat bread was the best. So many pools to choose from and the beach access was fantastic. Plus Starbucks on property and walking distance from plenty of shops and boardwalk

I arrived before check in and was allowed an early check in . Didn't have to wait around for 2 hours,. It was quick also. Check out was easy as well.

We had to pay for parking. This is to much of a 5 star hotel and had to pay $20 a day. Have stayed at much less of stars hotel and didn't have to pay for parking. I was not happy about that, the room was already high enough.
