Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Free parking. Close to the busy center of Myrtle Beach (if you like that kind of rhing). Not noisy at night. Slept great. Loved the indoor pool. Kids loved the lazy river. Pool changing room had a code to enter and so did the lobby after it closed. I thought that was great and helped us feel safer. Hotel parking lot was monitored by a security guard and we could see our cars from our window. Close driving distance to the baseball field and Broadway. Within walking distance to the peir, sky wheel, and other attractions.

The lazy river was dirty and could use more dates with the pool net. Everything else is out of the hotels control. Homeless people everywhere. Hecklers stopping you on the street. Parking lot filled with trash. Heavy foot traffic at night.

Perfect room size for family of 4 possibly up to 6, good beachfront location in my opinion close to the pier and activities for kids everything is a good walking distance

shower head was a little weak ( my opinion but my friends said it was fine) AC was a little weak also needs a little more power Pillows were really uncomfortable I got neck pain as soon as I woke up ( probably just cause my neck is used to my C foam pillow ) but still probably would be best to bring you’re own pillows

We really enjoyed our stay . The grands loved everything. We really enjoyed the views. The beds slept so good . Omgosh you don't want to get up. We was on the very top I am scared of heights but this wasn't even like that. Our room was very clean , stocked, and relaxing. There was 7 of us and never once did we feel like we was on top of each other. The staff was so amazing. The young man at the desk the evening we checked in was so much help and understanding. The only complaint I have is parking . Across the street a block away. That is the only thing I can say I didn't like we worried the whole time about our cars. I want to say thank y'all we enjoyed our tripp. We will be back . ❤️

Location was great- walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. Rental was spacious and allowed none of my party to walk into each other. Indoor pool was available during rain time.

No Breakfast at this location. One Elevator on each side- which caused a wait time during certain hours. Only major problem I had was dust. Very obvious on fans, clothing dressers and lamp shades. I had to move child to another room because it caused bad sneezing throughout the day/and during sleep.

The staff didn’t seem to like you asking questions, you are charged a cleaning fee for both days… no one cleans… which was ok , but the Saturday desk staff told me I had to wash my own towels 🫤 as I stated to her that is NOT what the Friday desk staff told me … to call before 1 on Saturday … due to them leaving !! That was interesting !

the elevator didn’t work at one point had to go down 8 stairs and one lady was rude at front desk they got our reservation mess up due to booking . com but the young man at the desk was helpful but the lady was rude didn’t see the maid people at all

Kids loved the lazy river and kiddie pool. Great location, Parking lot was one street over but made it easy for entering and exiting, Big Balcony, Washer and dryer are always a nice bonus on vacation,

Could have been a little cleaner. Like in the corners of the floor. And the bathroom wasn’t spotless when we arrived.

The location was prefect. Great access to beach and everything. The room was fine and the price was reasonable.

We thought we were getting the two bedroom suet with one bedroom having a queen bed and the other bedroom would have 2 double beds. We got one queen or maybe it was a king size bed in both bedrooms. That would have been fine, but the other couple that was with us was not planning on sleeping in the same bed with each other. But we went with it and had a wonderful beach trip. I would have preferred more moving around room because we had two disabled elderly men with us. The floors looked clean, but you could feel they were not after walking barefoot when we first got there. There was a cobweb on the lampshade in the room I slept in and you could see dust on the lampshades. Just saying because you asked, but I wouldn’t let any of these small things keep us from coming again.

We loved everything and already booked for next year! The room was amazing. Loved the balcony view. Pool and lazy river was very relaxing.
