We stayed in room 703A, There was a mouse hole near the left side of the bed in the corner wall, and small noises feces in the garment closet where the extra blankets were kept. That was the only problems we had

Truthfully I loved and enjoyed the entire place they could definitely improve on the bed size me and my spouse had to hug each other to keep from falling off the little bed LOL and they can improve on the balcony size

The bed was definitely super small for two people and you could not go outside on the balcony once you open the door you're right there

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Surrounded by Pure Attractions and Great Eats! Bars all along the Strip... You can't beat a City with Everything you looking forward to having a Great Time and lots of Love.

Heat was not working properly. Was cold at night for the entire stay!

Second time staying here. Both times have been in the North Tower (Room 701 in 2023 / Room 1007 in 2025). The location is amazing as it is right beside the Promenade and beginning of the boardwalk/strip. The staff was all friendly and helpful when needed and I did see a security guard walking the grounds a few times in the evening. Loading/unloading is tight but the parking garage just across the street was nice and easy to get in/out due to being on a secondary road. The facilities/rooms are dated but each room is ocean front with sliding doors (balcony is a step out/stand on short-to-rail type but still very nice) and the two times we have stayed, both rooms have been clean... so I couldn't ask for much more for the prices. My family and I enjoyed it and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Close to boardwalk

The balcony was so small. Barely able to stand on it. It was more like a ledge.

The location is great, just steps from the beach! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check-in and the front desk manager was super helpful in making us comfortable until our room was ready. The room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's slightly outdated but still very nice. We had a great stay here and will definitely book with them again!

The on site laundry is very outdated and there was no change machine.

I liked how big it was ! How there was a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, the bunk beds, beautiful view !

I don’t know, I mean there were some things that were broken in the room that I took note of and a lot of cracked old paint but we were thankful still. The parking garage I have a resentment towards currently but only because my car is big and coming out of it through the narrow exit, I hit the white pole and messed up my car- that’s the only thing about the trip that I’m sad about

The area of the hotel is awesome. Lots of things to do in the area. The hotel was clean and the price of the room was perfect. The parking was great and very easy to get in and out of

Trash.. There was trash everywhere. The cans were overflowing in the parking deck and were that way all week. If I would have seen a dumpster, I would have taken it out myself. I don't like the fact that you take the garbage outside and put it by the door, it needs to go in a bin. The smell of weed in the entire area and in the complex was just crazy and stunk so bad

Location location location! Beautiful view and atmosphere. So glad we had a grill at our disposal. We enjoyed the view from the balcony as well as our private entrance . Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping went out of their way to accommodate my needs for extra cookware.

The balcony had a beautiful view however not enough room for a chair. The parking garage was roomy but across the street . Valet parking would have been good for senior members.

Great Location. And a separate garage for parking. I thought there was one bathroom, it it was two full baths.

Sheets on bed was rough. Couch fabric felt weird. Master bedroom door didn’t open after closing, luckily the bathroom was connected so I used the bathroom to enter the room. Front desk crew was nice but, Maintenance never showed up to fix the issue with that door.
