Friendly staff and very comfortable

Breakfast not being included for the price you pay is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

I love the rooms (design and cleanliness) and the hotels proximity to everything.

The internet is not secure and it kept cutting on and off. I don't understand how a hotel at this caliber can offer internet that isn't secure. I stayed here for a week and needed to sign onto my work computer but couldn't because the network is not secure. I ended up having to make my phone into a hotspot and use my phone to connect. I also had to download VPN on my phone so that I could log into my bank account while connected to there unsecured network. When you pay $3k dollars for a 6 night stay somewhere you should be able to connect to the internet without worrying about getting hacked. Also, the hotel has also started charging $20 a day for parking when it was previously free.

This is by far our favorite hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The service was impeccable! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The experience was amazing. The kids absolutely loved it. I've stayed at numerous"fancy" hotels in my life all around the country, but this is the first for my boys. They had a great time! The hotel was clean. The concierge service was spectacular. I like the fact that I could text them anytime and they would respond almost instantly. I have never had that before in a hotel. The room was equipped with a full size washer and dryer, so we kept our towels and washcloths clean. I was able to wash all of our clothes before we came home so I didn't have to do laundry when I got home. That was a huge plus! I will definitely stay at the hotel again! I don't believe my boys would forgive me if we stayed anywhere else now. But the service and the amenities were well worth it.

The only part I didn't like. Was having to leave!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. I give this resort an overall 10. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, location was close to everything and the valet guys were phenomenal. It was also a great deal on the price. We will be returning back! The only disadvantage was it was a little cold in our room and you can’t control the temperature yourself, you have to call front desk to have someone do it. Ours still didn’t work after the request and maintenance had to come to our room to fix the issue. I think guest should have control of how they want to set the temperature in their rooms.

Everything was very clean. The room was excellent and spacious. It was fully furnished and had everything included we could want. Our hotel was within walking distance of the Farris Wheel, a grocery store and several restaurants. Parking was easier than I'd originally thought and very secure. The staff were nice and attentive.

The furniture in the living room was a little lacking. The couch wasn't that comfortable although it doubles as a spare bed. I felt the chairs and couch could have been nicer. Also we had some extremely noisy neighbors that yelled and partied several nights.

The views from the balcony were amazing. The location was perfect. Even in the dead of winter, it was gorgeous scenery & good weather.

No room service

I like when things are done conveniently, practically and sensibly. Our room was all of those things, it had everything that made our stay comfortable.. First the amazing view from a high floor, with a kitchen that has everything including a full size refrigerator, and microwave with dishes, utensils and a large sink. What was also amazing is the modern look of the room. The simple things like the excellent phone chargers at the bed side, plugs all around the room, modern ceiling fan, lamps, phone, clock, Netflix, Prime with an amazing TV guide. I mentioned this because not all hotels pay attention to these details. This room had a living area with a TV so the only light that came in was from the balcony, once the blackout drapes were closed you could achieve total darkness in the room, making it possible to sleep at any time. The bathroom was huge, with excellent lighting and one of those magnification mirrors. What really impressed me was the elevator. At the first level you select your floor from the digital pad on the outside of the elevator all activated using your room key. The elevator goes quickly to your floor without stopping along the way. The indoor pool was also a nice touch.

Checkout is way too early. The hotel can do better than 10am. However I feel it's on purpose to get you out at 11 if you ask for a late checkout

The room was unbelievable!!! It was beautiful and clean with everything I needed to cook and enjoy my stay. The beach was awesome. The pools were awesome, the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. The food at the poolside was delicious (chicken quesadias and big fries that curled up) The gentleman who served us was so nice and friendly, The entire staff and other people who stayed were extremely nice and friendly and so kind and caring. It was unbelievable the hospitality ☺. The parking garage was so close and convenient, and I love that you needed to swipe your card to get in, also to swipe your card for the elevator to go straight to your room floor, also to get back to the pool from the beach. Excellent security!! We felt extremely SAFE. The schedule of activities going on for the day was so nice. Our room could see the beach side so that was very relaxing. Everything was within walking distance and great great attractions so close. This was me and my only child she's 22 year old, our first Mommy Daughter trip together and it was AMAZING!!!! I wouldn't have changed this experience for nothing in the WORLD!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING ♥!!!!!

The location was great. The property offers a lot of extras with free trips for family to Myrtle waves water park, Myrtle beach Grand Prix, and mini golf. Each of these has a value of over $200/ trip for family of 4 that were completely free as part of staying here. The Hilton brand was on display and everything was as expected. Love, love, love this property and we had a great time.

The only negative I could offer was we had to leave! Great place.
