Loved the pool and beach access. Loved the big balconies and view. We stayed on the 11 th it was perfect spacious bathrooms. Walking distance of everything.

The girl at the front desk overcharged me FYI I had prepaid everything through booking and then argued with me clicked the wrong button and charged me for the rooms on top of deposit and parking fee.Got the manager involved and she said she handle it at checkout. That manager Corey didn't show up so another manager had to deal with it but wouldn't come out the back office. I had to deal with this young black girl who had attitude and was just rude. So I left the money got refunded in 5 days and the correct amount came out. I was about to give this hotel a one star due to the inconvenience of the staff not knowing how to do there job but since I got my money back I had no other issues other than the toilet paper holder was broken.

We had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront hotel, which offered an impressive range of amenities. From multiple pools and a lazy river to a dedicated kids' pool area, there was something for everyone to enjoy. In the evenings, the fire pits added a cozy touch, and the on-site restaurant and bar made meals and drinks super convenient. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—plenty of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. Our suite was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a separate bedroom that gave us just the right amount of extra space. Best of all, the ocean views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk from the ferris wheel, which I highly recommend riding, such a fun way to take in a bird’s-eye view of the stunning coastline. All around, this was the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and fun. Wonderful staff!

The breakfast was included and it was very good. They had a nice variety of everything from muffins to bagels, cereal, yogurt waffles etc. We second floor has a nice ocean view patio to enjoy while eating a meal or having a drink from the bar. We got food from the bistro bar one day if you’re feeling lazy to go anywhere and the food was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our housekeeping lady was very sweet. She made sure we had anything we needed daily.

The pool area can use a few more umbrellas and maybe more chairs. People were leaving their personal belongings on them and leaving for hours not allowing others to use the chairs as well.

The entire place was exceptionally clean and beautifully aesthetic. Our bathroom was huge and modern. We loved the large balcony area on the 2nd floor and the spacious, beautiful lobby with comfy seats and tables. The location was great, right across the street from a Starbucks and Ben & Jerry’s, but far enough away from the crowded grandstand area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in took less than 10 minutes, and checkout about a minute with zero hassles. The free breakfast was delicious. There were ample elevators and luggage racks. It never felt crowded. It’s a spacious, beautiful, immaculate place to relax.

The (beautiful) shower never actually got hot and lacked proper drainage. The few times we were able to take a lukewarm shower, we had to lay towels in the floor, wring them out, & hang them to dry. There was a loud buzzing noise on and off every so often. It sounded like a drill and could be heard inside the room and in the hallway. It may have been construction work nearby, but it was annoying and we never figured out what it was. It was inconvenient to park across the street in a garage. We were always able to find a spot but were nervous we may not each time. Parking spaces are tight. Plus we had to pay $20 a day for parking (even for the day we left). Pools and parking are shared with another hotel (Breakers).

The hotel itself is very nice! we were able to use the heated pools (accessible multiple pools at multiple partner hotel). The complementary breakfast was impressive (scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a protein) + additional items. The staff was very friendly, and willing to help. They accommodated an early check in which is much appreciated. The amenities are clean and the rooms were spacious.

The hot tub was not hot, it was only heated. The beds were nice yet not comfortable, one of our family members had to sleep on the floor because it was more comfortable than the bed. Parking cost 20 USD per day, which is a bit disappointing, I think they should allow free parking to guests. More parasols in pool and grass areas would be appreciated.

loved the sound of the ocean from the beach front room. Although i only stayed one night, the pool and deck and balcony looked very nice. Room was well put together and very clean.

Breakfast was about as expected. i find that there is often too much bread/starch products--bagels, sliced bread, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, potatoes with a free breakfast. maybe more representation of yogurt, fruit salad, more vegetables with the hot breakfast.

Location and that it was a newer hotel.

Being a newer hotel I was a little disappointed in some of the things in our room for the price we were charged. There was a broken off bed light and there was no lights at all in the room near the balcony. It was very dark trying to look at our belongings. There was also a broken toilet paper holder in bathroom were the roll kept falling off. My husband had to fix the toilet at least twice cause it flushed strangely and the most important thing was the handrail on the balcony was totally cracked off from the post. For being a new place it was a little run down. However the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful view from the 14th floor. Staff at check in was friendly. Enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The pool area was well kept. Complimentary breakfast was good and they also served Turkey Sausage which was a plus. Great location that was near restaurants and fun things to do that was in walking distance.

The gentleman that worked at the bar was not welcoming or knowledgeable about the drinks. He was rude and he should not be interacting with guest if he is going to have that type of demeanor it is a bad look for the hotel. Food at the restaurant was mediocre and you are better off dining somewhere else for what you pay. They need to do better especially just opening. Staff need to give correct information if the restaurant opens at 4pm or 5pm. Which we found out is 5pm and is only open for about 3-4 hours.

We arrived quite early before the checkin time and they were able to provide us a room right away. We had a queen suite with an ocean view and the view was really wonderful. We liked. The quality of the bedding and the nice size of the suite. The breakfast was good and was available until 10am. The pool and balcony terrasse was great. The laundry room was perfect.

The room refrigerator does have a freezer. The parking is a but high price a T 20$ per day. This is a large hotel with 26 floors so there is usually a wait for the elevator. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the start of the boardwalk at Myrtle beach.

The breakfast was fabulous. Something for everyone. Hot and cold options! Didn't have to wait for waffle maker to heat up each time. Eating out on the gorgeous massive lanai with the ocean view was a nice bonus.

Can't think of anything that was in need of changing except when you drive up to the front of the hotel. If cars are parked one behind the other on one side, someone without fail parks across from them completely blocking anyone else from entering and causing back up on the street.
