Despite the look of the place it was clean. Easy access to the beach. Good amount of parking. Staff stayed on top of everything even with tropical storm going on. Pools clean, rooms clean, had amazing sitting area with umbrellas. Everything was CLEAN.

Really could use update. Elevators were terrifying, but easily took the stairs. The pools were a little confusing. Sign said we needed bands but wasn't given at check in. No one said anything but made us hesitate to go to some of the other buildings pools. Really nothing to complain about yall were amazing. Had tropical storm and yall never missed a beat

Everything was Amazing, staff was very polite, and patient with me, the pools were clean, the view from our room was great, couldn’t have asked for anything better for the price, I love that they allow you to check in at 18 years old, you don’t see that at a lot of places anymore, none of the reviews we read matched up to our experience.

Location was perfect. The rooms were clean. We loved having a little kitchen in our room. And the staff were super friendly.

The only complaint I have is the parking lot. On our last night of the vacation we forgot to put the parking pass in the window and the next morning we couldn’t find our car. It had been towed and impounded. It’s not the motel’s fault, but make sure that your parking pass is visible at all times when your parked in their parking lot.

The location and the fact that the room is pretty much an apartment. Fully furnished with full kitchen unlike others I have seen. Also like the fact that it's an 18+ hotel so that young travelers like myself can enjoy a beachside hotel without having to worry about being too young to rent a room.

I didn't really have anything to complain about other than indoor pool hours in the off season (fall/winter), just because I would have liked to swim a little bit earlier but that's just a personal issue.

They need more security. Meth heads will wait outside to see who leaves and go check your door. they need to make sure guest are safe. anyone from the street can walk on to property and got straight to any guest door. I personally ran off two meth heads from the property. I know its not boardwalks fault they are meth heads but they can have them arrested for trespassing.

I did not like the fact that they charged me resort fee when I do not get into pool or anything else I don't think that should be on us if we don't do that the national charge you.. a lot of us older people just come down to relax and walk around not to get in the pools and stuff so it's not fair to us to have to pay resort fee and we don't get in the pools or anything else.

I like the area we was in close to everything

The hotel needs updating I never had a key 🔑 to open my room door before. It was hot in the hall way and the lobby waiting for the elevator and the was only 1 Elevator working for the that side of the hotel.. For that kind of money we paid for the room and I no it was only for 2 days it could have been better...

Location, shared amenities across buildings, service.

When you’re booking the ad shows the main big building but upon arrival we got sent to an small little outdated and under remodelation building that is part of the same complex. the bed covers smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The guests below our unit were smoking weed day and night which is very unpleasant for some people. The unit itself it’s ok since we basically used to sleep.

They had multiple pools and hot tubs, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Over all a very nice place to relax. And all the lounge chairs beach side . Very nice

Only 1 elevator was working in my building during my stay but stillit wasn't bad. Everything needs maintenance from time to time . The only bad thing I would say is lack of parking . I realize with that many people it's a problem to control but they just need more spaces for that many rooms .
