The staff was friendly and helpful! Shout out to Amber! She was the sweetest! The location is wonderful. We stayed on the lower floor and could walk out of our back door right to the pool.

The beds were a little too firm for my liking. It definitely needs a little more updating. A splash of color goes a long way at a beach location! If I could suggest anything above all though, the curtains in the room need replaced BADLY. Ours was messed up on one end and the light shown through brightly in the mornings making it difficult to sleep in a little.

Great customer service , checked in with me through message to make sure my stay was going well. great rooms with a good view and right on the beach as well.the area has alot of different attractions as well and is a walking distance from all the shops. amber & jodie made sure our stay was going well and checked with us multiple times throughout and even made sure to send us a message before checking out. I would highly rate this hotel & will be staying here on our next trip to Myrtle beach.

No complaints everything went great

This is our 3rd stay at the Beverley Beach House. I love being within walking distance to our favorite restaurant when we are at Myrtle Beach. I like how you are pretty much on your own unless you need something. During staffing hours they are polite and helpful with any issues that may arrive. EG. our 1st morning we had no hot water, in less than a 1/2 hour it was looked into and good for the rest of our stay.

I realize after hours the rear gate must be locked for security reasons but it would be nice to have card access to enter there. A adjustable shower head would have been nice. It is an older hotel and it shows but I intend to stay here again. It is pretty much a bare bones nothing frilly place. The wife and I love Myrtle Beach and have come to really enjoy our stays at the Beverly.

Our stay began with great customer service! All the employees there were awesome and very welcoming. Our stay was great, and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. The room exceeded our expectations and the bed was super comfy. They have free parking, and they allow you to sign out chairs, games, and more to borrow if need be. We will most definitely be back in the future!

Only complaint is the wifi wasn't working the first day, but they knew about the issue and got it fixed pretty fast. Not really a complaint tbh

We liked the location to the beach and to other attractions. We mostly walked everywhere and the distance wasn't far. The staff was awesome, always ready to help. We liked that the Beverley Beach House is small and quaint just what we were looking for to celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary! Thanks for making it special.

There were a couple of things we thought could have use some improvement, there wasn't an ice bucket in the room to get the ice, the stairwells could have been a little cleaner, and we wished the pool was open until 11pm like the neighboring hotels. These were very minor annoyances, that are really just our personal preferences.

The pictures of the rooms were exactly what they looked like, unlike what others said in reviews. The view was the best I've seen. Clean, including all linens and towels. Had everything we needed, even a full-size fridge, unlike other hotels with beverage coolers. We only got ice once and put it in the freezer, therefore saving the walk and not wasting it.

Noisy people (guests) but not the hotels fault, just a lack of good manners and bad upbringing. Passing it down to their kids, it seems.

Most everything was great. The staff was willing to help with anything we needed. They do not have maid service during the stay ,but were available to give us clean towels or any toiletries we needed. Since we were very close to the beach there was sand around the area, but it was not an issue. Our car seldom moved during our stay because so may shops and places to eat were withing walking distance.

There was a no smoking policy in the building, but some guests sat on the balconies on the beach/pool side and smoked. The smoke made it easily to the pool area. This may need further attention to smoking customers.

The Staff sent me a text with all the information and all I had to do when I arrived was pick up my key. It was quiet and comforting. Anytime we needed anything they were there in minutes. Very friendly staff and very clean. I would stay again and I highly recommend The Beverley Beach House.

They only thing that was disappointing was there was no indoor pool and no hot tub. That was the only thing. But I must say the pool they do have is very clean and well maintained.

My room looked out at the beach and ocean which was great. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs, and I enjoyed sitting there. From the hotel I could walk for 10-20 minutes in two directions, finding places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

When I arrived, the elevator was broken, but my room was on the 2nd floor so I didn’t have to carry my suitcase too far. As a senior, I found the tub/shower rather slippery, and there were no grab bars.

The bedroom is a nice size! I also enjoy that is right in front of the beach! I love the table and ability to close the blinds. I am big on tv and the tv size is nice!

The bathroom is pretty small. Since there is no daily housekeeping, maybe a broom in the room would be nice! So we can sweep up our sand so we don't have to walk on it constantly.
