The room was great, the bed was very comfortable. The pool areas were great. Love having an indoor pool and lazy river. And it was nice having a restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby. It was quiet but it is also Feb. I also liked that you can bring your dog with you. They are pet friendly and my room didn't smell like an animal nor did it make my allergies flare up.

The parking is in a parking garage across the street and if you are in a full size vehicle (SUV or truck) you'll have a very difficult time parking. It is super tight. They have 3 point turning parking spaces because it is so tight in there. It also smelled really bad in some areas of the garage.

Great view, the bed was comfortable, and we made use of the full kitchen. The room was clean except for the floor.

The floor needs to be mopped between guests, not just swept. The only other complaint is that the restaurant and coffee bar were both cash only. Unfortunately, we don't carry a lot of cash, usually just for tips. With that being said, I can't vouch for the food because we ate elsewhere when we didn't cook. It kinda sucks having a restaurant on the premises that most guests weren't using.

Breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant were amazing, pool was great, DJ was awesome!

Check out time was horrible, need more carts or flexible check out times, literally have more chairs to lay by the beach than carts to pack up and leave. Elevators were held up for 10-15 minutes while loading up and unloading at the bottom. The employee who kept the cars moving at the loading area was great.

To much to type! My room was inhumane! Toilet leaking and backing up! Tub backing up hair on the floor sink drain not working properly! No one would offer or move me and my sister to another room! But called maintenance 4 different times maintenance was there everyday of our stay!

My husband and I loved the property, directly on the beach, staff were friendly, lounge and food was amazing even the bingo and karaoke. The room was very amazing, comfortable and quiet.

Only parking was across the street from the property in a parking deck. That was a bit much!

Clean, nice facility

The 10 digit room door access was ridiculous, numbers written on a piece of paper and given to you at the desk. The touch pad on the room door didn't work properly

The room was very nice. I would stay again and recommend the unit to others. The location was nice as well.

I didn't like the fact that beneath the rim of the bathroom sink was not cleaned and the little hole in the sink was not cleaned. It contained black, nasty residues. Under the refrigerator needed much attention as well. A thorough cleaning for bathroom fixtures is needed. Deep cleaning after every guest should be performed-not just a surface cleaning. Also, the AC unit had a musty smell when turned on. It dissipates after a while. Maybe installing better air filters will help. The curtains needed attention-out of date.

From reading previous reviews I will admit I was nervous! I'm happy to say I enjoyed my stay! No resort fees, restaurants and bars reasonably priced! came prepared for bugs and dirtiness! I did wipe down some high traffic areas but my cleaning rag was not dirty. Or room was cleaned thoroughly! We didn't see any bugs(and I checked) My room was on 19th floor right by the elevator but it was super quiet and we were able to enjoy our room view and the pool/hot tub area. Beach access was awesome! We are coming back and bringing our children next time!

The people who slide their restaurants flyers in the door.. scared me the first time, then we got like 6 more at random times throughout the day. To top it off all their reviews were horrible. We got dominos and it was excellent. Leave them in the lobby not through people's doors

The Patricia Grand is right on the beach, a half-hour walk from the boardwalk, a less than 10-minute drive to Broadway on the Beach. There’s a coffee shop, fitness center, and two pools. And the staff is pretty great.

This is a serious issue — the rooms do not have working phones. There are phones, and until you pick it up you don’t realize they’re disconnected. So if your cell dies and you need help you can’t get it without physically going downstairs for it. Not only do they not provide daily maid service (pretty common these days), they don’t even restock toilet paper or toiletries. While the staff is friendly, they are chronically understaffed. And, as mentioned, you can’t call the front desk from the room. So if you run out of toilet paper, you have to go downstairs for it. Not sure why there is a “resort fee” when there are no services offered.

Clean comfortable room. Wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The long line during check out was ridiculous (for the elevators). I had to walk down 15 flights of stairs to get to the bottom.
