The view was amazing and the space in the room was great for 3 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 15. The beds were comfortable but the pillow’s were flat. Towels and rags were stocked very well. The balcony chairs were awesome and the rail height was perfect! Fourth floor view! OH someone left a little RED Dino 🦕 on the lamp. It tickled us to death. We left him there for the next family to see him.

The elevator had a/c on and temperature outside was in the 40 to 50s with the wind gust from the ocean. So you froze to get to your room or lobby. Some of the bed pillows were flat. If you have neighbors you will hear everything!

Very nice apartment. Beautiful ocean view next to the beach. Kids were amazed the moment we walked in! Loved the kitchen and the size of the apartment! Balcony was the best part of it! The blonde manager lady was very helpful, friendly and just exceeded my expencations! She was carrying around an adorable chihuahua that my daughter fell in love with. She always asked if we needed anything.

The pull out bed had screws missing making it difficult to use for my children. The beds were not real comfortable, But it got the job done. Would like to see the bed by the balcony to wake up to the beautiful view

We liked the location.We liked the hotel,it felt so private. I will definitely be booking there again next year. The only thing that kept me from rating higher is the shortage of a skillet, small pots and stesk knives. Everything else was wonderful! 😊

the room floor wasn’t clean enough , and I didn’t like the hidden fees that comes after the booking.com price .. till now I didn’t get what is that charge for destination fees !!!?

Always friendly and staff is awesome, this is our 2 year staying here at the property. We had the same room and everything

How close it was to things

I really enjoyed the indoor heated pool and so did the kids! They spent more time in the pool than anywhere else.

The hot tubs weren't working correctly. They were colder than the pool so that was really disappointing to my husband and myself however our complaints about them were immediately followed up on and tried to be fixed! That made the experience even better knowing that we actually mattered.

Everything nice and clean as expected. Pool was great,had alot of fun.

I called and asked to be moved to a room with the private screened balcony on it and didnt get a call back.instead i was lied to,saying only the pent house had this feature when both hotels had them,they are lined up on both towers but only the side rooms.Both towers!!!

Right by the center. Super easy to get into unlike some of the other time share type rooms. Super clean and super friendly staff that actually answer the phone and helped me with everything I needed

How safe it made me and my friends feel while staying.

Just that when we got there we opened up the freezer to see that there was juice that looked like it had been there for a good while.

We loved our room, its was more than enough space and updated, the view was perfect! And amenities were great for us!

The beds were comfortable but the bed frame in its self made the mattress slip down so we would wake up with our heads under the headboard
