Room was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower had the best wayer pressure of any place I have ever stayed!!

Not crazy about the parking deck. Also the fact that one time you may get a wonderful room and the next time… maybe not. It’s a crapshoot.

The fact that they moved us to a different location. The hostes was helpful when available

Everything else - someone broke into the unit next to us (supposedly the owner according to the hostess). The guy in the broken into unit said someone broke into his house and ransacked his home.... of course we don't feel safe after that. The carpet felt sticky, and there was a roach under our bed. We slept in the car the first night and immediately went to the front desk when they were open... (also there is no 24 hour service and they close at 4pm.) They put us in the Captain's Quarters which looked like it was in the middle of being demolished, but thankfully they put us in a "VIP" suite. It was like we were in a completely different world when we entered the unit. Frankly, I am disgusted they initially gave us that gross room, even the hostess said she was hesitant when she saw the unit busted into next to us but claimed the guy there was harmless but was evicted.... it was unacceptable and I will never be back to any of the properties or their related properties. Also, no one told us that the boardwalk was in the middle of construction and that was disappointing, but I can't fault them for that.
