All the staff was helpful, funny, and professional. Especially the woman at the bar! Loved her. Location was the best walking and driving . Beach of course was the best ever

The pressure in the shower was so low it was hard to get a good shower. TV s are a bit small.

Great view of the ocean, even saw dolphins jumping every morning. Breakfast was good and when we had an early morning bus tour they allowed us to go containers to take with us. Had a suite, it was nice to have a separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen, the stove was a little small, but there was a full refrigerator and it was nice to be able to cook and not have to go out every meal.

We stayed 8 nights and housekeeping never came in our room until the day before we were set to leave and then only emptied the trash and left clean towels. All the other days we had to find them in the hall when we needed clean towels, toilet paper, soap, or anything else we were running out of and we just left the trash in the hall and it would disappear.

From check in with Shaquanna, to check out with Beth, very impressed. Both ladies were very professional and extremely helpful. Well done ladies! Breakfast staff were very welcoming. Good filling breakfast every morning. Pool and hot tub area very clean and warm temperatures. Liked the covered parking as well.

We asked to see some of the other suites and found that some of them looked a little outdated.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay there. It is rated as a 2 star hotel but really should be a 3 star and in MBSC it's practically a 4 star. Loved the virtual assistant program for starters. Our room was one of the smaller ones but it had full oceanfront with balcony, decent sized bathroom and a mini fridge, sink and microwave. Clean with plenty of towels, toiletries, and stocked with glassware and utensils. The pool was nice but the ocean deck was gorgeous! We camped out for two days with shade and beautiful views plus east beach AND bar access. What else... I did a PR on the gym treadmill on my running program. So the gym was good. Fun and friendly bartender at the pool bar/restaurant with good drinks and food, if pricey. Walkable to restaurants, Ben & Jerry's and offered nice walks in the residential neighborhood nearby. You could walk to Broadway easily if you wanted. Convenient parking. Felt very safe there and just as importantly felt like the staff cared about us having a good time.

The couple in the room next to us (actually adjoining) were constantly yelling at & berating each other and their toddler (almost abusive). So we could hear that but otherwise a quiet hotel. The rest of the hall was teenage girls on a traveling ball team and we never heard anything. All in all, this overdelivered on my hopes for a nostalgic MBSC trip with my childhood bestie.

It was right on the beach. The beds slept comfortably and the kitchen were was fully equipped and ready to use.

Laura, in the bar is awesome. She is so fun and always remembered our names. It was always a good time when Laura was working. Also Chris at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We were unable to get a shuttle to the hotel from the airport so we had to take a taxi. It was expensive and Chris gave us a credit for this. We used it in the bar.

Cleanliness. The rooms were not cleaned everyday, but we were offered cleaning if we asked. We did not. We got clean towels and trash changed daily.

View from the room was incredible. Hotel was right on the beach which made the trip.

Perfect location and the property was very nice. The pool was clean and heated, there is a seating area with turf and lounge chairs right before you get onto the beach that was very nice to lounge on, and our oceanfront room had an awesome view from the balcony. Boardwalk is about a mile from the resort and broadway at the beach is also about a mile away. Both are within walking distance. The staff was always friendly and attentive if we had any requests or questions, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious.

Appliances and furniture inside the room could use an update. The mini fridge worked well, but sometimes got a little too cold and froze our food even on the highest temperature you could set it on, as well as being a little outdated and having some broken pieces on it. Still absolutely usable and didn’t ruin our food or anything.

Property is in an excellent location. Everything in outside area was beautifully maintained. Staff was super friendly.

Room was decent but it wouldn't hurt to update it a bit.
