Loved the easy access to the beach and all the restaurants in walking distance, valet staff was amazing!

Room wasn't ready at check in time, had to wait almost an hour to get in room after waiting in a 20 minute line to check in, waited in lobby because they also didn't let us know how they would find us to let us know when it was ready, offered for us to wait by the pool but it was outside and we didn't have any of our stuff to change because we were waiting on our room.. our first afternoon/evening wasted due to having to wait for the hotel to get it together, had it booked for a couple of months, no excuse for their lack of timeliness, we were told it was still being cleaned and that's why it wasn't ready but when trying to use the jetted tub it seemed the jets hadn't been cleaned in quite some time..

We had breakfast at the magnolia 26. Food was delicious. Our 2 bedroom was clean and beautiful we had ocean view. Room service was just a call or text away we really enjoyed our selves at the Anderson

Room was spacious and furniture was good except patio furniture that were very old. Washer and dryer were in good working condition. Bathroom was clean.

The room had a strong musty smell and kitchen sink had a distinct annoying smell as well. Some pillows had small pillow cases, and fitted sheets did not fit as it should. Sheets were also old but were clean. There were no extra trash bags, I had to in vent a bag. Cutlery in the drawers were dusty. Dish washer did not clean appropriately. Overal,l the stay was downside from the experience I had in summer 2022.

Upon check in the staff informed me that I could have saved 83$ by booking through their website instead of booking.com. I asked if there was anything they could do and they said nope! Then tried to sell me a timeshare or something idk, I didn’t want to talk to Sara after that. I walked upstairs and enjoyed my stay. Pretty clean place, room was somewhat dated, a lot of imperfections in the paint and furniture. Bonus though, there was a washer/dryer in the room and that was huge!. Enjoyed my stay very much. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, good beach access. apart from the daytime front desk staff, everyone else was very helpful and nice…

The DAYSHIFT front desk staff were not the friendliest of staff, there was an issue with the internet, this wasn’t relayed to us and would of been helpful, the Wi-Fi password wasn’t given when checked in, it would help if it was written on the keycard envelope How to access the tv guide needs to be provided, yes it is that misguiding that instructions would be very helpful

We really liked the location of the resort. Really easy to find! All staff were really friendly and eager to help!

Our room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was because they had just re painted and fixed some walls so it was a bit dusty and they left painters tape and floor covers. Also there were A LOT of random light switches that did nothing but our first night there while trying to figure out what switch did what and we were going to bed, all the lights just started flickering on and off again.

Staff was great, Like that we were able to get in to a room as soon as we arrive we arrived early, and they even upgraded our room which was a bonus! Complimentary DVD rental is nice considering it was off season and cold and cloudy which made for a little extra in the room that day.

The parking situation was kind of a drag but like the fact that there was an option not far from the hotel. Would have preferred a ice machine on our floor, the refrigerator had one though so that was okay though.

Location, spacious rooms with beautiful finishing!

The only thing we noticed were the floors in the room were dirty (not to the naked eye) as the flooring in the room is naturally dark, but after walking in both socks and bare feet more than once, the bottoms of our socks & bare feet were black indicating the flooring in the suites need to be washed. The second day in we had to buy cheap slippers to wear in the unit during our stay. Other than that, everything else was excellent.
