Excellent pools. Direct beach access. Clean beaches. Privacy. Not much outside noise between units. Restaurant on site. Gym on site. Meal deliveries available. Parking included at garage across the street. Beautiful views from balcony. DJ by the pool was fun. There are so many fun and interesting things to do in the area!! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay!!! And will stay again even longer.

Minor things... Long waiting at the elevators. They fill up fast with that many floors. Many of the electrical outlets were too loose to hold the cord in. They fell back out immediately. The curtains were old and tattered but still did the job. The smell of Marijuana being smoked on the balcony above us was overpowering while we were on our balcony which lessoned the time we could spend out there. Even there is a no smoking rule on the premises. Website states that there is a gift shop. It looks like they may have had one but not now. My agreement boldly stated NO PETS. There were dogs everywhere at the resort. They weren't a problem. Seems rules are sternly posted and not applied such as smoking/vaping with eviction and fines and pets being prohibited.

The views were fantastic, all rooms were very comfortable but the kitchen was very small.

Kitchen was barely equipped. No pans for cooking biscuits or pizza. Cooking and baking utensils were minimal. We got very tired of hearing DOGS barking. There was one on our floor, by the ice machine that just would not shut up. We have a dog at home, but he stays outside. Probably will not stay here again for that reason. Just can not imagine sleeping in or resting on a bed or couch, where the previous tennants let their dogs rest. Sorry Dogs are filthy.

The room was very clean and the layout was great. There was a very nice kitchen with everything needed. It had awesome views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom.

The only complaint was the outlets were loose in the bedroom but it wasn't a big deal. I just used the outlet in the kitchen to charge my phone.

Friendly staff at desk & restaurants!

The living room tv was exasperating!! Never could find our shows or ballgames. Bedroom tv was easier to navigate, but don't like watching tv in bed. Everything we tried to watch in the living room asked us to sign in!! You need to provide better tv directions for lroom. This was the main irritation to an otherwise nice room.

Great location and amenities, friendly and courteous staff, wonderful layout of rental unit. Loved the oceanfront Livingroom AND bedroom. Really enjoyed the views, the sunrise each day, & relaxing on the balconies.

The other units to each side and below us were all smoking on their balconies and the smoke and smell was carrying into our unit even with everything closed up. I have asthma and also get migraines from cigarette smoke and it bothered me at times.

I thought the property was excellently located. The Condo was very comfortable, especially the beds. However, the bathroom, although clean, is in real need of a renovation. Keeping the grout cleaner would have helped.

The location and clean but the floors should be mopped after EVERY stay.

Not enough coffee or tissue paper.

The end room 606 it was great.

The water in the unit had a bad draining problem both sinks and the tub.
