The location and the amenities were fantastic. The lobby area, pools and grounds were immaculate. The staff were all friendly and very attentive. The beach was great as well as surrounding places to go for a drink or dinner.

The room we had was across the street in an “older” part of the resort. The room itself hadn’t been updated in quite some time. The carpet was very dirty and sticky, you had to wear saddles or some foot covering at all time. The bed was comfortable but the room itself was sub par. It’s in need of a make over!

No breakfast. Very little accessible handicap parking. Baseball team boys/13 year olds were running up and down the stairwell and those on the elevator would ring the bell multiple times for fun. The first two nights we were there a very intoxicated family were in the hallway yelling for help and fighting. Even their very young children were screaming and fighting in the hallway directly outside of our room. I asked for a high floor which was an awesome view. I asked for us to be away from the elevator and we were directly next to it so we could hear the boys and the elevator bell as well as every family getting off of the elevator. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the pool and the beach as the hot tub was filled with 13 year old boys and my daughter was being followed around so we avoided the hot tub. Lol. I enjoyed being able to walk to places to eat and the accessibility for my son who was able to get around well.

We stayed in the palms building. It was very nice and clean. The resort had lots of pools, and other water based amenities like a lazy river, kiddie area, and awesome waterslides. The staff was so incredibly nice like I didn't mean one staff member that wasn't helpful/nice all of them had such great attitudes. The access to the beach was easy and super close.

One of the day while there we had left our room around noon and was gone until later that evening. Upon arriving back to our room we noticed our door was open and I had double checked before we left that it was shut,( our door had to be pulled hard in order to shut all the way). So we called the front desk and had security come check our room. They also checked the cameras. Come to find out a maid entered our room 6 mins after we left and didn't shut the door meaning our door was left open for several hours and we had a do not disturb sign up that said no maid service wanted. So that irritates me considering. The parking was a pain lol. No parking at the actual building but a pretty accessible parking garage across the street.

The beach view and access are excellent! The room is spacious and lovely decorated and clean for the most part. The huge balcony was great. Loved all the amenities/ activities for the family. Loved the wrist bands that are used to unlock the room doors. They were waterproof so no need to remove to play. Everyone in the room received one and had access to the room which made it nice not having to track down the family member with the key card.

The lazy river was dirty, lots of debris and bits of trash in it. Some of the dishes weren’t completely clean. Drop off zone was full so we couldn’t pull up to the door to unload. Had to walk our luggage to the hotel from the parking garage across the street. Luckily the garage had easily accessible elevators and there’s a cross walk from the garage to a door of the hotel that is super close to the elevators so it wasn’t too bad. These minor issues would not keep me from staying again.

The amenities were great; live dj, glow party/dance party, water slides, tiki bar and several pools to accommodate the crowd. They also have ample lounge chairs and designated grassy lounge areas if you want to relax and not be directly on the beach or at the pool. The staff was AMAZING! The maintenance response for our a/c was very fast.

The parking was annoying! If you stay in the Sailfish tower the parking is minimal and more than likely will have to park a block away in the parking garage which is full because it is shared with two other resorts.

Our room in the Palms building was perfect. It was clean and we loved the Murphy bed - such a great idea.

toiletries were terrible but not a deal breaker - they are not mounted full size bottles like most places now have, they were just the tiny travel bottles. The first night they assigned us to the Dune Building - I do NOT recommend, that building and the first floor rooms are really gross compared to the rest of their properties and needs renovation very badly. the next morning, I went to the desk and they were more than happy to move us over to the Palm Building and it was BEYOND perfect

You can’t beat the location! Being that close to the beach is vital for our family. We love the option of multiple pools and there is plenty to keep the kids entertained. We also love having a kitchen in the room.

These aren’t negatives but something we talked about. The pillows were great but the “comforter” was lacking. You can tell they were old and thin. Adding plush down bedding would be a plus. Also, since housekeeping doesn’t do a full clean having a little broom/dustpan in each room would be nice given all the sand that follows us in. Lastly, I wish every room had a washer/dryer.

The location of the resort was great, and the facility was very clean. The room seemed to be updated. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would use again, however, requesting a room on the higher floors.

We were in room 271 in the Paradise tower. Right above the pools, including the indoor one. Noise from people enjoying the facilities was loud at times. There was a constant mechanical sound of some sort in the background. Lastly, whenever you turned on the shower to a hotter setting, the noise from the pipes was very loud. You can also hear from neighbors when they showered.

The location = Amazing from Breakers Sailfish Hotel The Room = Almost resembled a newly done room, Awesome. Bed= 2 full beds + a sofa bed + a flip down bed it was like 4 beds!!! Beach front view with balcony Pools= you can use any of the Breakers Hotel pools from any of their hotels so like five different Hotel pools which consist of slides ,lazy river, hot tubs,and kids water park area plus any of the regular indoor and out door pools Walk through gate to the beach. The room is humongous it was like an apartment I'm not kidding.full kitchen with electric glass top oven microwave coffee maker pots ,dishes ,utensils,dishwasher. Full size dinner table coffee table. 2 tvs.2 ac units.free airport shuttle and shuttle to any local attraction free. THIS IS LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IVE EVER STAYED IN.

1.Tub backed up. Had to call maintenance the second night. 2.when other rooms flush the toilet you will loose water pressure and practically get burned if you are showering. 3.If you have kids in the rooms above you will hear them running. 4.Ice machine only on ground level. 5.Mattreses could definitely be upgraded to something softer. 6.When you exit the ground floor elevator you can smell the trash as it is located in a really bad spot within a walkway from the elevator to the check in desk. This should definitely be looked at and relocated elsewhere.
