Location was perfect. The kids loved the pools and lazy River. The view from the room was great.

When checking in I was told that the water would be shut off one day and that they could ever from 9-5 basically any day of my stay to clean the carpets. I was to have my items lifted off the floor. This was a horrible greeting. I paid to relax not to feel like someone would come to service the room at any moment (that should be done between check in and check out of guests) and that I would be without water. That was ridiculous. Felt like an older hotel that could use a facelift.

The convenience to everything. I was there for the music festival.

That are room was a the third floor and the was no elevator, we had a baby and had to carry the stroller up and down every time we went out

Location was great, right on the beach and right next to the boardwalk. Pools are great (3 & a lazy river) Hot tub was big and really nice. Lots of parking, but not much by the hotel itself. But there is 3 decent sized lots directly across the road.

The balcony sliding door did not lock. Small walk way between lazy river and big pool, fine if it's not crowded but sort of a safety issue with small kids since it's the main walk thru.

We love the location of the area. We have been coming for 5 years in a row and this time we decided to make a change and stay at another location. So glad we did! We were closer to attractions and we loved being able to just get out and walk the boardwalk and within walking distance be close to stores. We go in October of every year. It not as busy as the prime months are, so this location at this time is perfect for us!!

the property has everything we were looking for, indoor and outdoor pools, right on the beach and next to boardwalk. location was excellent. the poolside bar was an added bonus we weren’t expecting!

the property is a little dated. towels could be bigger both bath towels and pool towels. front desk staff always seemed a little annoyed.

We had a "Tower Oceanfront" room, it came it a kitchenette fully stocked with everything you'd need if you want to save money on your trip by cooking. The rooms were clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The hotel is located very close to everything so walking distance was rarely a problem for anything we wanted to do. They have 3 pools plus a lazy river and a hot tub one of the pools is a 1 ft for the kiddos with a mushroom down pour sprinkler, I spent most of the time in the lazy river, they have tubes for you already ready. We will definitely be staying here again!

N/A I was satisfied with my experience. Just remember they put a 150 dollar hold on your credit card when you check in, although you get it back as soon as you check out I didn't account for this in my expenses though that's probably my own fault.
