Close to the venue we were attending. Friendly helpful staff. I got a little frustrated to begin with but they were great to work with me to get our rooms reserved. If your looking for fancy this is not the place for you..if your looking for reasonable accommodations close to the boardwalk then this is perfect

Beds were very uncomfortable. Did not see anything stating that prepayment was required to guarantee the room until I received a text from them. There was also no mention of the fact that they do not provide towels and wash cloths, you can buy them from the hotel though. They entire property is still needing g repairs but it seems as though they are in that process.

The first thing I noticed was how we were blocks from the beach, then we were able to walk 2 blocks from the strip where everything was; the room was very cold from the air and that was a huge plus for us🥰, the beds were so clean and crisp and everything was decorated very well and I love the bathroom and how clean it was...I would definitely recommend this hotel again and I would book here again when I return. The staff was very friendly and inviting and they explained everything in detailed from the beginning to the end‼️‼️‼️🥰🙏❤

The beds were comfortable . The room was very clean with no roaches well at least the room we me and my husband and baby was in had no roaches at all I didn't like the parking but no one bothered with your vehicle so that was a plus

The price was not worth it , then the pool was closed because people wanted to put glass in the pool ugh they are too strict for no reason and saying it's a smoke free hotel people were still smoking little children were in the pool at 2am but told me children can't be in the pool after 10 which my baby wasn't going to get in the pool at that time at all .the shower head was broke the hotel charge for towels $2.75 but I have always travel with my own so no worries then deposit of $250 also I didn't like when it was time to check out the front desk was locker you had to use the lock box to drop key oh my baby left her tablet tried to call can't get hold of anyone in the front office so some has the a brand new tablet we don't live locally other then that everything was great

we supposed to be in third back building, which me and my friend did not like. We were going to checkout, but one of the guest relations supervisors was able to get us move into main front building.

The staff are all nice and friendly. I had great conversations with them. They willingly answered any questions I had and didn't hesitate to help if I needed something. My room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. All the appliances worked well. I like that the hotel is located within a few minutes walk to the beach, there's an awesome Indian restaurant across the street, and it's close to lots of stores. This was my first time staying here and it was better than I was expecting! I enjoyed my stay and will stay again!

Front desk Stephanie was went above and beyond to help me with reservation! Now these day not many people go above and beyond for customer to save money! I really enjoyed my room and location. This place is old I see company working on improvements.

No coffee maker otherwise I would have enjoy my coffee and watching sunrise

The pool was kept very clean, we came and went with no issues at all. Would definitely stay again great bargain for the price

Clean room, nice area, close to everything! Room had microwave, AC Table Chair, soap, shampoo, conditioner, fridge, bath mate, hand towel, TV and WiFi. Most what we like was non smoking room and property!

Hotel don’t Provide towels! Front desk explain that since hotel don’t charge extra fee they were able to eliminate towels because COVID they don’t want guest to get sick using hotel towels, some time it is hard for hotel to keep up with towels either clean or not!

Nice place and safe. Whole time I was there with family, we didn't have any issue. we followed hotel house rules.

They need to add coffee Maker

We loved it! The gentleman that checked us in was the best...made us feel like we had known him as a friend and not a customer! One of the best experiences I have ever had... definitely a must do again and a definite return!
