peeling wall paper in bathroom, worn down kitchen counter top, indoor pool/hot tub was OK but outdated.

It was right in the ocean, the room was very spacious and the tub was amazing.

There was a couple baby roaches in the room and what looked like mold on the ceiling

I loved how close to the beach, how close we were to everything, and the different amenities. It was exceptionally close to everything. The room was clean.

There was no shower curtain on our shower, we had to call and get one. No one came in and cleaned the rooms the whole time we were there. They just dropped bags of clean towels at the door. By the next day, our floor was sandy and dirty despite wiping our feet off. We had to use towels to try and clean up. There were bugs crawling through a crack under the door, they were dead after entering, but still that's an issue. The balconies also didn't look like they got cleaned. The room also had an overpowering scent of fabuloso.

Everything was clean. Staff was very pleasant. Close to beach and shopping!

Hotel had plenty of extras. It needs some updates, but I would definitely recommend.

Loved the location and the view. The cleaning crew were busy every morning including sanitizing elevators. The hotel restaurant had great food and prices. Since my wife and I are both large lol, we should have got a king size bed. That's the only bad thing and that was my fault. LOL We had a great time and will definitely return!

Room was nice and clean. Looked just like the pictures.Staff was friendly. Location was amazing. Two different restaurants on site that are open until 2am.

Nice friendly staff and a wonderful location. Fit all our needs for our visit to Myrtle Beach for the CCMF.

On the beach, walking distance to other attractions.

Room had coffee machine, but there was no complimentary coffee/filters available. I had to buy my own.

The cafe in the hotel, we were told by front desk, was only open Fri- Sun. Went Friday morn, food was great. Upon leaving, we asked cashier what time they open Saturday morn, they said 7am, we went back for breakfast at 7:15, the door was locked. We told the cashier we wished they had been open earlier in the week - he said they had been, and we told him the front desk told us they were not. There seems to be some miscommunication.
