We loved the location, the suite we had with the kitchen and the pool area. The kitchen allowed me to cook easy, single batch meals for my family. We had Mac and cheese, tacos, deli meat sandwiches. Having the capability to make SIMPLE, easy and quick meals was a game changer because restaurants will run a family of four $150-$200 per dinner on Myrtle Beach. The bathroom…was delightful. HUGE walk in shower with a seat! And we were steps from the beach. Just a warning, the sun is strong down in SC, a few hours on the beach is all we needed. We used sunscreen and still got burnt. Loved the staff. They were always helpful & friendly. The ocean view was also quite amazing equally as relaxing.

While valet was nice, we wish the system was more organized. The valet’s were super nice but the actual call system via text is not very efficient. Be sure to prepare to call for your vehicle 15-20min in advance. We had no issues once we realized when to call for our vehicle. The biggest downfall was the outdoor seating at the restaurant. The outdoor seating is located UNDERNEATH all of the units above. What happens when you’re sitting eating? The folks above you are ringing out their towels and bathing suits. This could easily be solved with a canopy!

We adults really enjoyed the restaurant and bar. It was less expensive than the parlor across the street. My 4yr old loved the pool area. Overall a great experience, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly 😊.

If you're taking a child be mindful that the king "suites," don't have bathtubs.

Kids loved the pool. Breakfast had good options, location was convenient, staff friendly for most part. Rooms spacious and comfortable, great view.

Lobby on 3rd floor is a strange layout, 4 elevators for hundreds of guests, pool was super chlorinated but fixed during the stay, hallways/game area were dirty but staff seemed to be moving and staying on top of things while very busy. It’s not expensive to hire a lifeguard. Do it for the overall safety of the kids in the larger/deeper end of pool. 7.5/10 stay. Would recommend for a family not looking for luxury but overall fun and convenience.

Everything was at least 10-15minutes away, close to the beach and the property itself was organized. I loved how safe and secured everything was , you couldn’t get anywhere without your room key and it feels good to know that not just anyone can roam around the property.

Went to the Bar at exactly 9:52pm and the bartender said she was closed ( bar closes at 10pm) she wasn’t interested at all in serving us a drink but was helping someone else. Didn’t like that about my stay felt bad about not being able to buy a drink and sit at the bar with my friends.

The staff went above and beyond. Answering all our questions with a great attitude and smile. Amazing staff! Water park was decent.

Because it is already a small water park both slides should always be open. Didn't love parking options but we lucked out and got a parking spot right next to the hotel in public parking. I would suggest doing that because the valley looked like a cluster. Breakfast buffet didn't have an organized flow and only had one meat option. House keeping could be better we found a few things that really could have been taken care of ( cobwebs on ceiling, hair in shower) things like that. Excessive need to scan our key card (elevator, water park, bathrooms in the water park,) pretty much everywhere you went you couldn't do anything without scanning your key car.

The breakfast was great. We were there for Christmas so with it being so many guest and I was impressed that the servers never let anything run out. They were prompt with refreshing the food. Everything was delicious. The dinner we ordered from the restaurant was delicious as well. Reasonable priced. The kids and I enjoyed the waterpark inside the hotel. The water wasn't too cold and there were so many different options to choose from... splash pad, water slide, lazy river, hot tub. We didn't need to leave the hotel.

The only thing was the lighting in the room could have been better. Natural sunlight during the day but a brighter lamp or two for night use. Other than that everything was exceptional.

Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming.

A few things appeared worn ( soon time for new carpet and bedding ) but the biggest concern is the shower curtain rod in all 3 of our rooms were hung incorrectly and the curtain drifts to the center allowing water to spray all the floor. I had to call for extra towels 3 times ( I can’t imagine how this isn’t damaging the floor under the tiles) Housekeeping didn’t seem happy and most didn’t even say hello.

Check-in was smooth, and the facilities were good. The hotel is close to other attractions (walking and/or driving).

Overall, the hotel was good. However, there were a few things that were lacking. First, the shower curtain wouldn't close all the way, so you had to be very careful not to slip when exiting the shower. Second, in our room, there weren't enough chairs for more than one person to sit on the balcony at a time. Lastly, the indoor pool area was good with the exception of the walk-up to the waterslides. The condition of the stairs left something to be desired.
