My room was awesome sat on the balcony in the morning drinking my coffee and enjoying the ocean view. Even the people in the rooms around me were great. I do not have one bad word to say. Walking distance to everything.

I loved it all.

My children loved the pool, the location is great and loved being right beside the 2nd Ave. Pier. Sent for the 4th of July, fireworks on the pier were amazing, perfect view from balcony! And loved that it was pet friendly and allowed smoking!

That the pool rules weren't enforced and were more lenient. My 4 year old daughter was hit in the head with a soccer ball that was being kicked over the whole length of the pool. People tossing footballs back and forth was fine, my children weren't hurt but kicking soccer balls full force was unacceptable and should have been stopped! Nothing major, overall was a good experience!

Right on the beach had a Lil water area for my little ones to play had pizza close by for delivery

Parking due to ppl taking our designated spots because of a concert that was being held down the street

The locationa was Great on the boardwalk. Directly beside wicked tuna (a popular eatery) , Awesome sushi!. My service pet was free of charge👌 very convenient! Our oceanfront room was really comfortable and for the most part clean. The spa tub had a corner of built up debris near the drainage, looked like sand and hair. The bed was clean. My dog enjoyed the carpet on the patio when she went out to sunbathe. It was 5min walking distance from landshark bar & grill which is a pet friendly restaurant with a patio overlooking the ocean👌. Reasonably priced! I was able to check in around 11pm when arrived. I would book with them again for sure

Location is great, right on the beach and easy to walk to the boardwalk. Everything you need is right here. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Outdoor pool is lazy river inner tubes and kids play area. But didnt feel heated. Chilly in May. Lots of sunbeds. Indoor pool, baby pool and big hot tub. Bathroom reg size. Hot hot water. Smelt a bit smoky but clean. Balcony clean and safe. 2 chairs and table on it. TV worked and lots of channels.

Pool needed to be heated in May. Only a microwave in room. No bowls, plates or cutlery. Coffee machine with no top (cant use) and no filters or coffee. No tea or sugar. Paper cups and plastic disposable cups. Fridge not very cold. Freezer worked great.

We had a room with a little "bonus" room with the other bed in it, a tv, and a/c unit. This was nice, gave us a little extra room with having our dogs with us. Nice staff/front office ladies. Pool was nice. Elevator on our end was a little shady, but did it's job.

Only complaint is cleanliness of the outside areas. Floor wasn't exactly the nicest to walk on. They could invest in some new, bigger towels for guests. The ones used now are very old and very well used.

Literally 2 steps to the beach. View from balcony were Amazing. Bathroom clean, microwave and fridge clean. Water was hot for everyone shower. Customer Service was SUPERB!!! Danielle took very good care of my family needs and accommodations with a smile and grace. She took the time to address me by name and even speak in passings after check in. I LOVE her energy, give her a Raise 💯

I didn't realize they had a elevator until check out day , lol. My fault for walking up and down the stairs having a 4th floor room. I should have asked.

Everything was good this makes 2 years I have got my daughter a 2 day vacation there she is fighting cancer and wanted to come to burmuda sands so thank yall for being their for her

One of the people at the desk was real rude when I called down their to ask a question so I just hung up cause they was no talking to her I called back the next couple days and was took care of

There was some difficulty with my hotel reservation made the night before. I was told it was canceled, and I certainly didn’t cancel it. It may have been some confusion at the system. I went through to order at wanting additional information that I never received a request for till much too late. I never had that problem ever before. The lady at the front office said we can give you walk-in billing that was even less expensive. I use the same Charge card that was a problem with and there was no problem in the office and the rate was less expensive. Parking was much easier than some of the big hotels where the parking is elevated across the street and takes a while to get from there to the hotel I had the ocean Front room that I requested. Everything was working perfectly. There is no hairdryer, so make sure you bring one. I would gladly book this hotel again, which is overlooking the boardwalk, the beach and the pier. In the future, I expect to check with them before I check with anyone else.

My main concern was all of the steps or different elevations that were not colored in a way that they were easy to see.

I love the pool the location to the beach and that you can bring pets I'm planning a trip next year for a week there and I'm bringing my pet and I'm also requesting a balcony suite cuz I like those rooms

Only thing I didn't like about Myrtle Beach was the high prices next to the Sea a couple of locks up and everything is back to normal but other than that I had a fantastic time I haven't been on a vacation in about 8 years of real vacation so I had a lot of fun and it was definitely a place I'm trying to get back to next year maybe they'll send me some type of discount or something I loved it
