The view was immaculate. Very spacious! Super comfortable. A lot of sleeping options.

They didnt clean the jacuzzi tub. There was black bits coming out of the jets. Hair was still on the walls in the bathroom from previous guest, hair and hairbands were still on the sink from the last guest. Sheets were not changed from previous guest as hair and sand were in the bed. The towel rack beside the sink falls off at the slightest touch. And the breakers kept tripping on the jacuzzi and the microwave. Maintenance came twice to fix it. Management walked in hotel room while we were dressing for the day.

Great location

The housekeeper didn’t clean the room, I have to clean it myself. She didn’t showed up to bring towels or take the trash out, but the day of check out she was knocking the door at 9:00 am asking at what time I was leaving.

Location, pool and hotel tubs. Room was big, full kitchen and comfortable beds.

No breakfast offered. Nice resort, but the Laundry Room is definitely outdated. The ATM machine was out of order at the resort, so I had to walk across the street to use that ATM, buy something and the get quarters to use. Definitely can use updated machines to accept cards. Also, no parking deck attached to hotel. Had to park across the street.

Location was good

The bed was not very good noisy and uncomfortable. Stayed 5 days paid for cleaning everyday and only cleaned 2 times but still charged. Small TV's

2nd summer in a row staying there. I love it!!! Last year we had a room with 2 queen beds in its own bedroom away from the front door and had a washer and dryer. I think the deluxe suite. This time the bedroom was right with the front door and no washer and dryer. It was the only room available on Booking. It wasn't and clean and nice as the one last year. Floors were dirty, kitchen light didn't work but I bought a mop and cleaned and other then that we had a great time. I will continue to come there but will book through the sandy beach website next time like the front desk lady mentioned.

The location was great. Nice facility.

The beds in the 2nd bedroom were much to be desired. The bed itself was ok, but every time you moved the springs creaked.

The suite with two rooms was very clean and comfortable. It was like a little apartment with a beautiful oceanfront view. It even had a washing machine. We were two families (7 ppl in total) and we were very comfy. Because it was a two room suite (and we were 2 families) we had two parking passes. The location makes it perfect for a family trip. There’s a lot of things to do with the kids. There's an amusement park and parasailing and banana boating at a walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly.

People smoking weed in the balconies. They didn't offer real breakfast. They had big jugs with black coffee Not enough tables to sit with the family near the pool.

The hotel is steps away from the beach, and I mean steps. Once you walk to the pool, you are at the beach. The staff was great, and the ocean view room was good to be ocean view. There are plenty of pools to choose from. City view was everything also with the options of city or ocean view. The kitchen was fully stock with kitchen items. There is plenty of hard tissue for restrooms, so I'm glad I brought my own. Save the best for last the mattress was everything didn't want to leave.....

Nothing is close as far as food and stores. The store that's close is expensive for no reason. Bedroom #1 had hair in the bed and in the bathroom. Room needed to be mop, and air out seafood smell was so strong it never went away 4 days of my stay. The price of the room is just expensive $800 was a discount for three nights.

Very pleased with staff, room , location. Beds need work and cosmetic improvement, but overall no one can't go wrong with this hotel. It was amazing. Family & I stayed one night. Due to a airbnb fail and disappointed. I found this hotel and I was overly pleased. Just a small improvement. This hotel was close to perfection. Thank you for opening your doors Sandy Beach and leaving the lights on for my family &I. Will stay again. Our stay with Sandy Beach save the day. It was my birthday.

Everything

Great view of the ocean. Room had been somewhat updated and was nice for the price. From the window, looked like the two pools and hot tub were nice and easy access to beach. Will definitely stay here again. Wasn't there long enough to check out complete facility. Just an overnight to catch flight out.

Downside is having to park, then get an elevator to go upstairs to check in and then drive across the street to park. Had to walk quite a ways with luggage as I was alone and couldn't unload and then park car.
