The New GM Shorlanda Fletcher went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Our room was not ready when we arrived. We waited over an hour and a half for the front desk attendants to try to figure it out BUT when Ms Fletcher heard of what was going on. She quickly moved into action and pleasantly and friendly accommodated us!!! She not only gave us a room but she upgraded us to a bigger suite for our family!!! This was 5 star if you ask me and my husband!!! Our stay was lovely! Because of Ms shorlanda we have no complaints!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I work as a social worker and great customer services is a must!!! She topped it off with a cherry on top!!! Keep doing what you are doing Shorlanda we wish you the VERY BEST as you lead your staff!!! Hopefully they will follow your lead and grasp your knowledge, kindness and service for the customer!!!

View of ocean space inside felt like regular home very content n happy a lot of negative comments on page but seen nothing they complained about roaches yes but there in n from ocean NOT in our room. Floor wet YES every time BUT. That’s called condensed small room on ocean no windows hmmm your home do same if u lived there close to EVERYTHING good price on room jus a little shocked at $200 ! $100 per room when you get there but we get that back 3/10 days NO CASH only credit or debit so don’t believe these other reviews because rooms were cleaned Maybnot get towels gotta ask for bath towels but hey it happens when people steal there towels yall know what I mean. But other than all that we had a FUN EXPERIENCE AND not COMPLAIN.

Most importantly it was a very clean room! Ours had beautiful ocean front views. The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs. The bed was super comfortable! The A/C was kicking! Parking wasn’t a pain! There were plenty of things to do within walking distance! The staff was wonderful and welcoming! I was very satisfied!

We could have used a couple extra towels and an ice dispenser on our level. The halls were not pretty. No continental breakfast- There are tons of breakfast joints near by! Didn’t like Mr. Fry pizza across the street! It was cardboard and cold melted cheese. It was weird. Don’t waste money there.

Shanika the lady that checked us in and also checked us out was outstanding. She was very nice and took care of anything we needed. O0 I loved the view. Plus it didn't have a smell at all even the halls and elevator was clean.

When I had to call the front desk to had them to call the room next door to turn their music down. They had a base that was making the TV on the wall shack and vibrate. Plus about 4 days into the trip I started to see roaches. I killed 3 but 1 big one got away and went into the stove. But it would not detour me from staying there again.

Staff was amazing. I didn't catch her name but young lady working Saturday/Sunday Morning Aug 17-18 was such a pleasure. I told her some concerns saturday morning and she noted them. Checkout she was all smiles and made the morning better! When I passed housekeeping/maintenance in hall they all spoke and was pleasant.

One elevator was down, but were quick to repair. Bed was uncomfortable, sliding door was really hard to open. Smelled funny on 5th floor especially carpet before elevator like vomit. Could smell the wacky weed, BUT everywhere you went walking outside etc it was noticed.

I like that the property is literally right there at the beach and that you do not have to walk far you just come right out the building and go around and you are at the beach that’s my favorite thing about the property. I love the jacuzzi and the pool space it offers and that one part of the pool is up under the building so if it rains whoever is in the pool will not get wet including the jacuzzi

I didn’t like that the property didn’t offer breakfast just complimentary coffee because it would be nice but just because it doesn’t offer breakfast does not mean I’m going to stop booking the property doing the summer because I love coming to the property each year. This is my family favorite place to come too when we come to Myrtle Beach.

The beds were comfortable. The room was very spacious, had two bathrooms so that was nice! The stove nobs were out of reach of the toddlers so that’s a plus! HOT WATER!!!! We’ve tried many hotels in Myrtle with our toddlers, and this one has felt the most accommodating, the most safe and comfortable. Also, the decor is very pretty.

The furniture and room overall wasn’t as clean as it could have been, very stained and marked up however the room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The space and overall room made up for the little imperfections. The pool was closed for “cleaning”, the lazy river was dirty.. but again, the hotel itself had us impressed and we will be back again!

The room was absolutely beautiful and huge! The balcony was steady and private.

Our suite came with a full kitchen which was great however it cost an additional $35 to use eating and cooking utensils. Not refundable. It rained the entire weekend so going out was not planned until this news. I mean who travels with pots and pans? I looked at it as an unfair way of getting more money from travelers. The front desk lady seemed to be asleep both times with her shoes off when I went to the desk with questions which I felt was unprofessional. The elevator smelled of old cigars or cigarettes which was unpleasant and parking lots were away from the hotel and full. So in the rain and cold weather we were driving around to find parking and finally someone left out and we grabbed the spot.

Great location between family kingdom, free fall park and shopping the strip. No need to rent a golf cart or Uber. Staff was courteous and helped every time we needed ANYTHING

Bathroom door was quite rotted from wetness, so didn't shut properly. No remote for TV, so couldn't watch it (but we only came in to sleep anyways, so not a big deal) One fitted sheet had some pizza sauce on it, but staff quickly got us new bedding

The studio apt. was spacious. The room was clean and inviting. The ocean front room with a balcony was a wonderful place to sit, read and watch the waves.

The fact that you cannot leave the balcony door open to hear the waves at night because the moisture on the floors and furniture had to be dried with towels even though we turned off the air. Also the bottom of the tub is slick. Only one grip to hold.
