This hotel was close by the beach. We had a Oceanfront Room and hearing the waves was absolutely stunning. I liked how they had different restaurants downstairs and a concierge downstairs. Close to the fun activities like Family Kingdom theme park, mini golf, and delicious seafood restaurants. The room was very spacious and the staff was very nice. Also, I didn't have to visit the front desk to checkout. Just send a text of my room number and my last name.

It's was my wife and I 6yr .Anniversary as well as my 47th Birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves.TY Westgate Resort

We love the location we had a great view of the ocean from our balcony,and the fire works display was 10 out of 10.just everything about our room ECT. We are planning to come back next year to celebrate our loversday again.

Did not like the idea that there was no room cleaning, you had to pay. At least garbage and towels should be refreshed daily.

They need a doggy day care where you can enjoy going out to dinner and do in a little shopping without worrying about your babies in the room and a Kennel

Staff was excellent! Lobby was clean.

Our room was dirty, talked to the manager Theresa, she apologized and upgraded our room which was bigger and clean. I appreciate her doing that, made the rest of our trip amazing!

No breakfast was offered or suggested but did not matter. Market was stocked & had just what was needed for a quick coffee or snack

I didn't like that there wasn't a stove. No counter space. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. There was hair on the floor.

The smell of cigarettes coming from the balcony of the guest next to us. We reported at checkout.

Not enough parking space on the outside and the garage should have where you can come straight down on your room floor
