loved the fav that it’s right on the beach and for the price, it was so worth it. we had a pool right outside our room that the kids enjoyed every single day. the hotel right next door has bowling, an arcade, a bar, and a 9th floor restaurant we ate at and watched dolphins play in the ocean. we had an amazing vacation thanks to the money we saved staying at this property. the two bedroom suite was like having our own little apartment in Myrtle beach.

we did spit a roach here and there, but nothing two awful and we expected to see some so close to the ocean. the hotel sprayed for them right away and we never saw any again the rest of our stay.

I was able to check in, in the middle of the night and do an early check in thus creating an extra night which was completely fine I was aware that would happen I was extremely satisfied I was able to do this, the property is relatively clean. Overall great for a 3 day trip! I have also vacationed for longer periods in the Polynesian and have had great results it seems as if they may be under new management if so things are running more smoothly than last time.

I felt there could have been more blankets, and essentials brought to the room as I had 1 sheet 1 blanket, other than that no real complaints.

Where do I begin ? The place is Okay don’t expect anything luxurious but the place it’s okay if you want to save money I will say it’s a good option About the roaches I read about the place having them well all myrtle beach have them to be honest not just this hotel to me and my family was very good stay every day we had people coming to our door with clean towels bags for the trash and they were so nice except for the People who’s at the front desk they a bit Rude we encountered a lady in the hallway because we lost a bag with a Hookah Not the hotel staff fault but ours Cheyene I think was her name she was nice very helpful I think the place is decent the location and how Close is to the beach was great I will give it 9/10 People who visit need to clean up their he outsides after them self I noticed this is one of the main reason the roaches 🪳 visitors do better keep it clean 😌

Front desk Staff it’s a bit rude

Great location and the staff was nice. Plenty of space for my family and we were able to sleep comfortably.

It could use a little renovation. I booked 1 month in advance hopping to get a decent discount but it still ended up around $434 for 2 nights. My sister booked a couple days in advance at the same hotel for 2 nights and she got a side view and same room space for less that $400. I’m happy for her but not me. Need better pricing if you’re booking 1 month in advance.

The beds were comfortable. The parking upstairs we were able to look out the window to see the car.

The only thing we did not like was the after parking the car, you had to walk down a staircase to get to the ground floor then walk to the elevatorand take it to the floor we was on. We reported to the front desk that someone uniated in the elevator. That wasn't cleaned the best either you could still smell the pee. Also, someone or pet pooped on the ground across fom elevator, that was cleaned up and you could smell the bleach.

Great location right on the beach and near everything. We got a room with 3 double beds which actually included a separate room with a door and one double bed in that room for some privacy. The kitchenette included a full refrigerator, sink, dishes, some cooking pans and utensils and a smaller stove and coffee maker. We also had a sliding door on the main room with a porch and a couple chairs. The "bedroom" had a sliding window we could open as well. The property has 3 pools. An outdoor pool facing the beach, and indoor pool and hot tub, and a little mushroom shallow child area outside. All in all a great stay and a fantastic value!

The outdoor pools were really cold which may be different later in the season as our stay was early April. We had to provide $100 cash deposit that we could not have returned until 830 AM on checkout day. Since we were heading out earlier than that a check will be mailed. Also, check in is at 4pm. We could not check in early at all and it didn't seem like anyone could during the days we were there. This isn't really a big deal but should be known so you don't end a long drive with kids waiting around. We were able to use the pools and explore the beach while we waited and the office had a bathroom where we could change.

Love it for the price. I loved that it has two rooms. With children that makes a big difference. We really enjoyed the hot tub and being able to walk right to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this place and wouldn't mind staying again if we came to town.

The front right eye of the stove didn't work and the floor was damp in the back bedroom around the bathroom. Everything else was great

pleasant staff, amazing location. We had an oceanfront room and it was really roomy with a well stocked and organized kitchenette area and full sized fridge. Nice pots, frying pan, dishes. Table and 2 chairs, nice couch/sitting area. Good internet and TV reception. Everything in the room was clean. Lots of towels.

The bathroom was tiny and the tub was a bit sketchy. Water pressure was really low. The elevator areas could use some touchups.

The property wasn’t super-fancy, but we were more about the beach and the pools, jacuzzi, than the room. I’d’ve been nerve-racked in a fancier hotel, tracking in all the sand we did. The people were AMAZING. Helpful, funny, and we don’t like to bother anyone, so they had fresh towels in a clean bag hanging on the knob every other day. Washer and dryer on property for all those sandy clothes, but make sure to get you some quarters before you make it to the hotel. Property sits beachside.

Nothing. Loved every bit of our stay.

The Oceanview king room was incredible. This was my 4th visit to myrtle beach. Our room had a kitchen as well as a balcony. What more could we need! 2 out of 4 burnes on the stove worked, which was all we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked except for a cooking pan for the oven, although I'm not sure the oven worked. Didn't need it was we had a microwave also. The fridge was full size and kept our drinks nice and cold! The bathroom sink pipes did leak when using the sink, but they had us stocked with several towels so it was no problem to keep one under the sink for the leak. We did not spend all that much time in the room of course, whether we were out and about or sitting on the balcony. It was excalty what we needed and the price was right. Wish we never had to leave!

The locks on the door were very close to the door frame, and I would scratch my knuckles, locking and unlocking the door. Deep enough for blood on some occasions. This was probably my own fault, but it was just about the only thing that I could complain about.
