Well we like the hot tub right across the street from the beach we like the lazy Susie with the rooms are fine but you need to watch the alcohol and the marijuana that goes on my granddaughter had a bad reaction to the marijuana smell sitting on the balcony

I did not like that we were on the third floor I have a disability and it was so hard I mean so hard for me to walk up and down them steps when I asked for a lower room the lady told me there was none that what I booked is what I booked and which that was okay we wanted Ocean View anyway

The fact that they didn't tell me I had to put a security deposit down until I got there

Great location across street from the beach. Late checkin with no issues and staff were very welcoming. Quiet hotel with no slamming doors, family friendly. Pool was open late and clean and also had a lazy river. Staff were friendly and excellent. Everything worked well in the room. Bed was comfortable Linens were clean. Parking was close to room. Has elevator. Easy to access and bear everything that we needed

Posting wasn't clear that it was in the half that was not beachfront. Floors needed mopped really bad. I understand sand, but my feet turned black within minutes of being out of the shower. No outdoor seating outside of room. Minimal lighting in room.

This was perfect for us, access to the sparsely used beach was great with a year-old puppy who’d been in the car all day. It was close to everything we needed for a one night stay, nearby food and good beds with the sound of the ocean to lull us to sleep. The full-sized refrigerator/freezer was much appreciated. In fact there was a full sized stove as well. The coffee service was very good with a kitchen sink right there.

There were pans and dishes and utensils in the room, but no way to wash them. There was no tea offered in the room. The breakfast was minimal. The orange juice was good.

Loved the layout of our suite. The indoor pool was nice as well as hot tub. The location was excellent. We were able to stay another night there without a reservation. Mr Reggie was great. Also love the fact that you can bring your pet.We didn't this time but it is great that it's an option

The maintenance crew was working in the HVC room while guests were trying to relax by indoorpool. I understand they had a job to do. Perhaps the indoor pool could have been closed, or the crew could have done repairs while the pool was closed. Parking for the rooms across the street could be better. Only to say the guest's parking overnight in circle makes it difficult for other guests to get out of parking lot.

Breakfast needed more options. Maybe a little protein like eggs and sausage.

The room was a little dirty/ Sandy. Stains on the ceiling and one of the beds was lopsided.

I loved that it was just across from the beach for the value. That it came with amenities we could use, and offered breakfast while also being a few minutes away from everything. They kept towels at the outdoor pool. The beds were comfy and the ac worked well.

The only thing I could possibly complain about would be that I like that they had carpet, but it was very obvious they needed a good deep clean. It felt a bit sticky and our feet got dirty easily walking without shoes in the room, and thank god we didn’t experience any bed bugs or anything like that but there were some roaches in the bathroom we noticed. Also just wished they did an every day cleaning/room service. Because I hate having trash bags filled in the room and having to worry about running out of towels, although the staff was nice enough to give me extra bags for trash and told us to just ask for more towels when needed.

We wanted a. handicapped room and we had a 3rd floor room I use a wheelchair and a Cane they did not have elevator on second night they had a handicapped room they said you didn't tell them I needed a handicapped room so it wasn't a pleasant start to our vacation I will not use your website again. Also you didn't make us aware of. the deposit on the room6l)

My best friend and I decided quickly to take off on a relaxing girls short weekend. We found this hotel off of Booking.com within minutes. Great price. Checked in with a late arrival in Suite 401. We were completely astonished as to how luxurious this Kings size, one bathroom, garden tub, living room and full kitchen suite/room looked. Absolutely gorgeous! This will the first of many stays at this location, requesting this specific suite.

Parking was slightly tight.
