I enjoyed the town for the most part.

The parking in the deck needs to have more cameras watching all customers cars from vandalism, not just cameras at the entrance. Then cameras should be able to see everyone vehicles. Yes my vehicle was vandalized and 911 and the police and your security guard was called and management was notified. Nothing was done to correct this issue. My vehicle wasn’t 30days old. This was very unfortunate that a resort like this doesn’t have more cameras any one could walk by any given vehicle and their vehicle could be keyed and this resort can’t supply any camera information.

Love the many outdoor and indoor pools. Location on beach is wonderful. Parking is easy. Rooms have everything I need which made it easier.

It's a little dirty. Just getting in our new room and it looked dirty. People at front lobby selling time shares wasted our time and didn't give us all our free attractions and we wasted our time. Wish we never did it. Need more towels and rags and toilet paper for staying a week we kept having to go get more.

That it was right on the beach if you got tired of the beach go into the pool never run out of things to do they have a star bucks. They have bowling. Arcades hot tubs different pools for the little ones very nice place great staff excellent housekeeping and maintenance

Not much I didn’t like about the place. Elevators were a little wait sometimes but it’s a big place really hard getting a parking spot

Well I was shocked to know that I had to pay a 250.00 deposit or hold. Never had to do this before. The only thing bad about this is if had stayed an extended period that money is tied up where I can't use it. I asked about this last year and this was not the case.I was told it was the way I paid for the room. I paid the whole amount. Causing a hold on my card. I was furious about this. I did get my money back right away..But this is not usually how it works. Usually it takes up to 5 days or so to get it back. I need someone from Booking.com to explain that to me clearer. As I may not be using you in the future Mr Mason.

Close to the beach so you can go back and forth with kids when it’s to hot on the beach, pools and spray park were great for the little ones, room worked perfect with the layout to be able to shut the bedroom door for nap time.

I really liked the security. Need to add the room key as an app. Hard to keep track and juggle a key to get in everywhere and elevators with the kids.

We love the location and beach. We also liked all the amenities this hotel had on the property. It was also clean. We also accidentally had the wind blow doors open and one door smashed closet door. Made a hole. The staff were very friendly and didn’t charge us and gave us our deposit back.

The rooms don’t match the lobby and entrance and other grounds. The hotel room we had was very outdated and needs updating. The elevators are also very slow and I feel they need to add elevators. It’s a large property. The price was way too much. $1800 for the week for a normal size room. But the location was nice.

We love coral beach its a great hotel in a great location! The pools and pool side bar along with the bowling alley are all great amenities.

The elevators were hard to access with the amount of people staying at the hotel and had very long wait times during the weekend days.

We LOVED the view from our "partial view" room. We had 3 views of ocean from our room. The kids could have lived in the swimming pools. There were no vacancies when we stayed a few of our days and there was enough space that you still were piled up with people.

I DID NOT like the indoor pool. It stunk! Also the "amenity" prices were absolutely ridiculous. 2 regular size "frozen" mixed drinks were (kid you not) $38 before tip. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids $70 before tip.

Very nice and clean

The weren’t enough elevators for the size of the resort. Also didn’t like that most of the time the staff took up the elevators. A lot of wait time coming and going from the room.
