The room was clean and comfortable, my daughter loved the pool and you can't beat the location, especially for the price!

The rooms could be updated, my mattress had a definite dip in it and the shower water pressure wasn't the best but in no way would either of those stop me from returning. The parking situation also isn't great but there's not much that can be done about that and anything you could want to go to on the main strip is within walking distance anyway

This hotel is close to all of the various stores and also the pier. Our stay was very enjoyable because we were not bothered by other guests making way too much noise. We had everything we needed in our room and had an amazing view of the ocean

Our room never received fresh towels or cleaning of any kind during our stay. The trash was also never collected during our stay either

Hot tub at pool was not hot. Jets were blowing cold water in the hot tub. Jacuzzi in room did not work.

It had some run down areas due to some wear and tear.

Location was spot on for us we were wanting to fish and being rite beside 2nd ave pier made it very easy only a couple of minutes and you were there fishing!

The only down fall i can come up with is the fish did not do there part, all under size to keep but other than that i really can't come up with anything. Over all if you're looking for a place to stay while you're in town I'd say you might at least want to check and see if they have any rooms available especially if you're looking for some where that's close to go fishing!

The hotel was great location to the beach. We stayed in the 3 story. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping very generous making sure we didn't need anything. Loved not having to buy ice for cooler they let you fill them up there. Walking distance to boarwalk. If you are using booking this hotel has two building which we did not know. If you are wanting the newer hotel then you want to stay on the tower the older building is 3 story. It does not list that on booking.com and it is a pain to get changed.

Hard to park due to being a beach entrance. Lots of police activity at hotel.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was my absolute FAVORITE thing about this place. It’s in walking distance from Starbucks, sky wheel, arcade, and everything else you could possibly need to keep you occupied.

The jacuzzi was the worst! It was full of dirt and hair. Wouldn’t get hot! The indoor pool was heated but wouldn’t get warm enough to enjoy. There’s an opening from the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. So if you go during cooler months the indoor pool is still freezing. The view wasn’t that great from the 2nd floor either! Couldn’t see anything for the palm trees. You can avoid that by staying on another floor though. The janky door was a bit frustrating too! Couldn’t open it first try, had to steady swipe card and wait for the click and pull up to open the door.. It was so hard getting into the room.

The suite was clean and had an amazing view. The elevator was clean and ran well.
