Pros - Great location, kind service, family oriented, parking fairly close to resort, reasonably priced (at end of March). Good WiFi, but make sure to use the code in the little book they give you when first checking in - disregard the WiFi info found in the notebook located in the room. Bed slept well - good nights rest! I listed the cons honestly as they happened but will tell you overall - it was a decent stay at a good rate and would probably book again, just on a higher floor. Cons - It was evident that some of our room got missed with the cleaning before our arrival (e.g. hair in sink, trash on floor by sofa in living area). I took care of it and emptied a can of Lysol. The sheets were clean, so it may have just been a few minor oversights, and everybody has a rough day now and then, so I will knock an entire resort/brand for this from one stay/experience. Furniture is wearing out, but that could have just been our rental. I can't say for sure unless I visit again. There were small rips in the chair in our room, and the sofa appeared weathered. The shower is high to the ceiling after stepping up/in. For our tall folks out there, I am 5'7 and couldn't lift arms all the way up without touching the ceiling in the shower. Be aware that the water pipes in the bathroom are VERY VERY loud. If using the washer/dryer, be prepared - it is super loud. We were oceanfront on the 2nd floor. In living, dining & kitchen areas, you can hear EVERYTHING from the pool - EVERYTHING, with the patio door closed. But in the bedroom with the door closed, you can't hear the noise from the pool. We stayed the last week of March so I can only imagine the pool noise in the summer. If quiet is your jam, you definitely want a higher floor room at this resort.

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff is excellent, very helpful and very accommodating! They were so nice to us, and if you had a problem, they were right there with the solution.

The TV service is horrible. They don't have a guide to tell you what's on that matches the channels they have available so you're left scrolling through them trying to find something to watch, and that takes forever! They really need an upgrade on their TV service, including new TV's... the TV in our room was very small and had these weird lines on it...

the oceanfront view was beautiful especially the sunrise on the ocean; the room was clean well maintained , location great

the carpet in the hallway looks dirty; We waited for the elevator this morning for more than 30 mn we were trying to check out at 11:00 am it was impossible it was chaotic and very stressful. Also the price was a little high we booked on wednesday it was $800 for the two days , on Friday when we were coming the price dropped to $450 it was so unfair.

I like where it was close to everything

Nothing really dislike. Our fridge was leaking water we had to use a towel at bottom of it. But I didn’t complain. Faucet in bathroom was hard to turn in bathroom. But I know there a lot people and things get older and need work. We seen a roach day before we left. But we hook the toaster up and it might came out of it. But didn’t see no more. But at the beach you will see them time from time. But over all it made my third time there. Elevators was slow but a lot people was checking in and out. One they was working on. But overall I would stay there again.

Everything was as expected. Pool experience was fun and exciting. The ground floor where pool was located was very wet and slippery. Had to be careful when going and coming. The room was clean comfortable and had all the amenities, but the furniture was a little old and worn. The room had both an ocean and a city view with two balconies. Located in a very vibrant part of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach.

The wet ground floor should have better flooring installed. Warn residents that leaving balcony doors open will cause floors and walls to sweat.

Was very clean, lots of friendly knowledgeable staff, great pool bar. Location was awesome right on boardwalk with 2nd Ave pier down beach to south and shopping north of hotel right off beautiful well lit boardwalk. Parking was free and in a parking garage across street. Kitchen had everything you need cookware etc. Elevators were plenty and fast. Very safe property. Was on 14th floor corner one bedroom with two balconies one looking south to second Ave pier other looking south down ocean blvd outfront. Was great beautiful views! Noticed wouldn’t want to be much lower cause buildings next door block views. Will book again no doubt.

Beds not comfortable to firm. One was softer than other we switched. No sufficient blanket. Blanket was more like a sheet. Pools were very crowded. Need adult pool or time only. No children after 9pm, would be nice.

a staff was wonderful. always had fresh towels. love that they put in a tiki bar. the pool this year was clean. my room was perfect. too big green condo was clean. very clean. the bed was a little. all wasn't very comfortable but everything else was wonderful I did have a scooter and the stamp was very helpful. when I was trying to get in and out of doors I had one gentleman. one young man rode with me up the elevator to help me get in and off the elevator open the doors. it was great. they really helped me out perfect place. this is my third year there. I will be coming back. I love it there. perfect I just wish I could bring my dog. I did see other people there. a couple of people bring their dog. I'm not sure I understand how they got their dog there. I seen a family bring a little dog into the pool area walking around the pool. I've seen a guy that worked there but he never said anything to them walked right by them. so I'm just assuming it's okay to have dogs there, but I guess you need to ask but it specifically says no dogs that I have already stayed in. it's been perfectly clean. there was no smells. I did not see any bugs crawling anywhere. very clean richard and the staff was very very friendly so if you're going to stay and you have a large family, we had booked a room at sleep eight, two separate rooms and one room was a queen size bed in the other room. had two full size beds then the couch pulled out. it was a big condo. it was very nice. I believe it was on the 10th floor. it was just a beautiful view. it was quiet. I really enjoyed this room. I enjoy staying at this hotel. thank you for a very enjoyable stay

I liked everything about it The only thing I didn't like was when we did get there they was nope paper towels which I think that would have been nice we have had in The room but other than that it was good
