The villla was very clean and inviting. It had everything you would need. I really enjoyed the room.

My husband and I were there to help celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. They had their own villa. We were playing music and having a great time. However we kept getting visits from your staff stating that we were too loud and that if we didn't turn the music down they would have us escorted off the premises by the police!! We thought that was not necessary, being that it was the weekend and this was not a retirement community. This would be the only takeaway from the weekend stay. Otherwise, we had a nice visit.

The staff was always accommodating. My grandson locked one of the bedrooms doors and the engineer was there within 5 minutes to unlock the door. Also, my children and I did not quite understand shuffleboard and staff was very helpful and even showed us how to play. We really enjoyed the activities scheduled while we were there and participated in many of them. It was awesome!

We had to use the sofa bed for one of my teenage boys and it was horrible. The bed felt like he was sleeping on springs. There was not a bit of cushion left on the bed at all. Luckily we traveled with blankets and was able to add a little. However my son said he felt like " the princess and the pea" Also, just a minor provision, the salt and pepper shakers were only filled with salt and there were many packets of sugar substitute and hardly any sugar.

Our stay overall was good! We enjoyed the property it had wonderful Amenities! The kids love the game room and we played outside as well. The staff was amazing and the holiday decor in the lobby was beautiful! Our only complaint was as a family of four we had to all share one bathroom because the other was not properly cleaned. We called house keeping but staff said we had to wait til next day because they had already left for evening! Hair was in clunks and it red and blond none of us could even possible be blamed for we are African American with braids! Lastly the pillows had the same red hair long strands. We did the laundry and washed it because the place came with washer and dryer! House keeping came the next day and she was not bothered by it much she apologized and said she would talk to her team about it. She grab the clunk of hair right of the shower wall with bare hands ran the water and left. I said oh ok….i said im a nurse so that’s beyond nasty to me! But we just told kids no one go in that bathroom and we bought cleaning supplies the next day and all still just used the other bathroom! Feeding the ducks and having back porch was gorgeous! No other issues properly is well kept. I believe just some team members slack and that’s all as for the cleaning cause clearly some of the team member cleaning because the rest of the property was beautifully well kept!

The accomodations were nice. It was gated. Recently renovated. Responded quickly to requests. Followed up on requests. A little concerned about having to text instead of calling but it worked fine. Housekeeping tidied the room on Wednesday.

The queen size bed for two people seemed small. Our door was left unlocked by housekeeping one time. The washer and dryer had to be replaced. But that could have happened during anyone's stay.

We got very lucky booking our last minute stay here after we left the other place we were staying at (Kingston Plantation) due to a roach infestation. Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas is a wonderful place to stay with so much to do for everyone! Very clean villa, friendly staff, relaxing pools, putt-putt on site, and much more!! My grandkids couldn't get enough of the pirate ship!! Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back and highly recommend this place!!

My only wish was that this place was on the beach for an early morning or late night stroll. The beach is only a mile away but walking with little kids in tow is difficult and parking was a pain and expensive. Everything else was perfect, though.

They have a lot of recreational activities on site. My kids enjoyed the hot tubs and the pools. Their mini golf course is also a lot of fun. They also have activities, playgrounds, tennis courts, and pool tables. I liked that it was also gated and close to Broadway at the Beach. It felt secure and close to major shopping/dining.

I could hear the personnel vehicles throughout the night, and the elevator was temporarily shut down, so we had to use the stairs a lot.

We used to be Sheraton time share owners. Now retired and on fixed incomes we can not afford the maintenance fees. We have come to this resort for about 20 years and found we could reserve for a week at half of our maintenance fee! We enjoy everything about the resort! The size, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and especially the little “tidy ups” on T, Th, and S!

We can’t think of anything that could have been done better. We had no difficulty checking in, purchasing theater tickets. We were even able to shorten our stay by one day b/c of a family event that came up after we made our original reservations.

There were so many things that we loved about the property. We had everything from the swimming pools, The lazy river, shuffleboard, pool table, daily activities. The only thing we honestly went out for was to sightsee a little bit and for meals.

The only thing that comes to mind is that they did not take cash for anything. We were not aware of this until we got there so we had to make a trip to Walmart to purchase a visa card to put our cash onto.

The resort was so beautiful. So much to do for everyone in the family. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I love the fact that it's very close to all the major attractions. Will definitely be staying here again. It was raining pretty bad when we checked in ,so security took our luggage to our room when we arrived.

The walk from our villa to the pool was kind of far.

the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the grounds were beautiful, the suite was incredible: large, roomy, with all the kitchen and bathroom necessities for a great trip. great attention to detail. The kitchen was so pretty, with full size appliances. My teens really enjoyed their completely separate room, and bathroom. Our balcony overlooked a pretty lake. this facility is almost directly across the street from the Broadway at the beach attractions and wax museum. Would definitely recommend
