Room 138 was exactly what I booked a non smoking room with a walk in shower. I had a total knee replacement that failed so getting in and out of the shower is a hard thing and also having Lyme disease with flare ups whenever it pleases can be a real disaster which did happen when we where on vacation. So Amen to the walk in showers. The room was clean. Lynn the manager resolved a problem that I had when we first arrived and was attentive to us for the rest of the week for anything that we needed. The rest of the staff was very pleasant as well. The bed and the pillows were comfortable as well. There was a small kitchenette also. You do need to bring all of your own things to cook with and dishes, utensils etc. as it is bare just an fyi on that. Our room had a toaster, microwave. no coffee maker and a fridge full size bran new. and 2 burner stove. decent amount of cupboard space and a nice tv.

I would like to see more dressers and a coffee pot in the room. That is something that I feel is essential to a week long or even an over night stay. Plus there were only 2 pillows on the bed. definitely need more pillows. My husband and I both sleep with 3 pillows each so at least 2 pillows per person.

The lady at the front desk was a blessing…. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions we asked… she was very friendly and polite… the best front desk clerk I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with…. Can’t say enough good things about her

The bath tub sink and kitchen counters along with the coffee pot could have been cleaned a little better and the floors could have been mopped… but our overall stay was great so I’m not complaining

Friendly staff and great location

I arrived early, and the person at the front desk could tell I was tired and checked with the cleaners to see if my room was cleaned. While she was waiting on a report from the cleaners, she also checked to see if there was something similar to what I booked clean. Wonderful customer service. I will be returning.

There was an odor to the lobby when I checked in bur the next morning when I came downstairs it was gone.

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Was very happy they allowed me to have my cat with me. The beds were comfy. Great location near many things to eat or get food or go places.

The parking was the only issue I had. There would be times were I would return and all the handicap parking was taken/ the general parking was full. I had to walk a bit to get back.

Breath of fresh air. unfortunately this trip from Jersey has been spent looking for my travel trailer that was stolen directly after we had a fire in our home. So it's been an odd vacation. Still getting a little relaxation in. The staff here and the staff at booking were very swift to fix the issue I had with my booking when I first arrived. They are very personable and a joy to interact with.

Not enough time to do all the fun Myrtle stuff. We are here a few more days hopefully my travel trailer shows up soon and we can enjoy the rest of our trip here doing all of the fun things Myrtle has to offer us Yankees.

No breakfast available ... but some of the staff was good and friendly.

I didn't like how the pool wasn't open and one person' bad attitude and the prices are way to high yall need to cut it

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The outside pet area was clean and large enough for all pets. Their vending area is well maintained and stocked. Thanks

I didn’t like the fact of me having to pay a deposit, I’m use to paying one at other locations but this place actually took my money off my card and then they still made me pay for the room and I was already charged

The staff is super friendly & they love my dog. They’re well knowledgeable and more than willing to help.
