Tall man maybe manager worked w my husband & got me a walk in shower room. Will always appreciate how he when above & beyond even extended our stay for room 133 when booked. The married couple helped w good realtor referral when ours bailed on us. They also worked front desk. Will stay there again when in Myrtle Beach.

The doors are loud when shut. No other issues

I like that the staff was very friendly. They were very understandable. We had a late check-in and a late check out. They were understandable. The rooms are very nice. They were clean.

I was there less than 12 hours. The time that I spent was just to check in and have somewhere to lay down and sleep until in the morning but it was a nice place. It was very clean and the staff was nice. I have nothing bad to say about this location

Clean and convenient-came down to help my child move in to coastal Carolina university-need a car to get to the college which is about 5 miles away-there are plenty of other things to do which are all nearby-

Pool is good and clean but could use an upgrade

Hotel is very clean-pool is small but adequate-no problem parking-convenient to everything in Myrtle Beach

Need a car to get around-everything close by is just a little bit too far to walk to-breakfast could be a little better

The beds was amazing. We were driving in but still wanted to hit the beach that night. After a long walk the bed was like a cloud. Also our room was very clean except for that stand in shower.

The stand in shower was dirty the mold under the caulk was visible. The mold near the entrance of the shower was a bit gross too. I made sure to lay the towel over it just in case I took a step too close to the mold. House keeping needs some clorox bleach foamer and/or zep. It's an easy fix and clean I use these products all the time. I need a clean shower especially if you are not going to give me a tub. I was surprised by that but it wasn't the end of the world. I'd prefer a bath though.

The staff is always very nice and courteous. I love the location of the hotel. The hotel is always clean.

It took almost 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough to take a shower. The bathroom fan was very loud, and the bathroom door was scrapping the bathroom floor it made the door hard to open and close.

The location was very centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The young woman working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She greeted everyone and made the check in procedure very smooth.

The bathroom door scraped the floor. Each time anyone used the bathroom it made the dog bark. While it seems trivial trying to be a good guest and considerate of others was a little difficult.

6 miles away from our tournament location. Friendly staff,and we were allowed to check in early and we will definitely be booking again

The 1st-floor rooms are not for me... the room above us sounded like a herd walking all night long and when people went out the side door by the pool it shook our room door every time it was opened by someone going out. I booked this hotel specifically because HOT breakfast was advertised... there was no hot breakfast and only 1 waffle maker. It was a good stay but these things need to be looked into÷

The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. There were accessible plugs for electronics. Refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. I liked the cushioned top under the window. It was a great space to put things on.

there was a lot of noise from the traffic on the nearby road throughout the night that never ended that interfered with falling asleep. The heat unit smelled bad like something was burning when the heat was turned on. The comforters were crinkly and noisy when moving around in bed. there wasn’t much counter space in the bathroom.

It was clean and it was advertised just how the room was and the staff was very friendly and professional
