It is in the heart of the city. Not only that, but it has 3 different parking spaces, so parking is not an issue. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. I also loved the swimming pool and the bar, which was a big bonus if you visit during summer period.

Well, nothing! Everything was amazing! If I had to make a comment, I would suggest some minor repairs that would improve the overall image of an already good hotel.

Due to the floods, instead of one day, we stayed in the hotel for three days unplanned. There was a power outage in the city, but our hotel had electricity, water, internet and full service all the time. Exceptionally! The hotel room is large, clean, tidy, with a large balcony overlooking the city. The bed and pillows were excellent. The breakfast is excellent, with a decent selection of food and drinks. The best of all was the entire staff, in moments of great uncertainty due to a possible flood, they were always kind and at your service. The hotel has two parking lots available and space on the street, right next to the hotel.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the utmost cleanliness during our stay in Christmas week. Congratulations on maintaining such impeccable facilities. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and politeness. The convenient parking lot was a great plus, and being only 5 minutes away from the central square added to the overall convenience. Proximity to three supermarkets and bakeries was also noteworthy. A truly delightful stay.

Although it is stated that the hotel has parking, there is no parking available, and finding a spot takes a lot of time.

It’s an hotel full of nice people: reception, room service and cleaning staff, are so nice and helpful people, making the guest feeling nicely.

Extremely helpful and kind staff, excellent location, unbeatable value for money, really delicious and rich breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. Tasteful decoration.

Some renovation of the facilities would help. For example, there were stains on the hallway carpet. This is why I gave 9 out of 10 and not 10/10.
