This was a convient hotel for Trikala located in the centre of the town and short walk to the main square and area where there are lots of tavernas and bars. The hotel made for a good base to explore the region. The bed was very nice and comfortable and the ac (used for heating) was great. The room was perfect for our two nights.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare. If you are lucky you can get right outside the door. In the centre on town a lotof parking is via APP which I was able to download and seemed pretty cheap as we were out driving during most of the period that required a ticket.

Spacious and comfortable room, very clean (the hotel in general), the staff very kind and helpful. We have 2 comments for the room we stayed, not that important. The location is in the center of the town, with everything in walking distance. We will definitely stay again for our next visit.

Some friends were staying in another room and we noticed the following. Our room had a bathtub with a glass, but the glass was a little small and there was no way having a bath without water coming out (the friend's had a shower). The hotel has central air conditioning and the placement of the bed was exactly under the air flow which was a little annoying while we slept.

The hotel is excellent value for money. Great location and excellent breakfast facilities with great variety and quality food. The air-condition was working great helping us cope with the heatwave. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were expecting a budget hotel, but it is so much above that level.

The bathroom was rather small and the elevator was small (it can hardly fit 3 persons). But the overall facilities are nice, so you can easily overlook any such minor shortcomings.

Strategically positioned in the center of Trikala, walking distance to shops restaurants, cafes etc, clean towels every day, very good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff

Rooms could use a bit renovation, water was not always hot in the bathroom, A/C not independently regulated, although it was very hot it was still turned into heating, missed fresh fruit at breakfast

The shower is a bathtub, which I didn't like. The TV is not smart, so it's almost useless for non-Greek speakers. The view was very bad (a ruined building roof). Obviously that depends on the room direction. I got a ticket for parking outside the hotel. It's not their fault, but they should explain that to every (foreign) customer to prevent such incidents.

The best thing about out stay was definitely how nice and super helpful Georgia at reception was with us. We had a problem as we forgot some belongings at a restaurant and she called and arranged for it to be sent to us. Thank you Georgia!!

The bathtub curtains were a little old and insufficient. The whole bathroom could benefit from a renovation. But the rest of the room, all good.

Breakfast was worthy of a 4+star hotel. The location was convenient and the soundproofing of the outside windows was excellent. Easy layout of the rooms from the elevator and breakfast room with wide views of the street and river.

Greek coffee is the only type of coffee that is not included in the breakfast price. It's strange if you think that espresso is included and you can drink as much coffee or tea as you like. However, the service at the breakfast room makes up for it, as does the high-quality products that are available.

The room was good, a comfortable bed, a hot shower, quiet, mosquito nets, but did not have a tea kettle. 5 min walking to the bus station in the city where you can buy a ticket, Meteora bus stops there. For other directions, a minibus 16 stops there, buy a ticket from the cashier at the bus station, the cashier knows the schedule, it will take you to a central bus station in 15 min.

on Thursday the hot breakfast was not good (it looked like a cook had a day off), on Friday the breakfast was very good.

The room was clean. The front desk lady was very helpful when checking in and out. The location was great, lots of choices for dinner around the hotel.

The small shower, with a shower curtain that doesn't fit all the way down so the water got everywhere. The shower curtain stuck to my body while trying to shower
