It was February and not many people in the hotel, mb because of this when I came in the pool in the early morning everything was switched off and quiet. I trained and swam practically in the darkness. It was noticed and the next morning when I came, the pool was fully prepared. Lighted, completely cleaned, the music was playing, the fresh water with lemon was on the table. I was waited!!!!! That’s very heartwarming , when you feel that your everyday routine is important for the hotel. Thanks a lot for your work!!!!!

Very friendly management and staff. We were staying over the orthodox Easter celebrations,and everyone was so nice giving us guidance about local events. We had a great Easter Sunday lunch and syrtaki dancinb event in the hotel which we enjoyed very much. Due to ths sunny wheather, we also spent some time at the pool. The pool was not yet opened, but we cleaned the next day. Breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable, food was local and international and of good quality.

The pool need some more attention, on our fist day the water was not clean. What also was a bit strange was that I could not bring some food from backfast to my wife to our room, when she wanted to sleep in. This had to be brought by hotelpersonnel and was charged with extra 10 Euros. This should be part of the Hotel sercice, at least in this category...

Lovely hotel living up to its Divani name :) Beautiful rooms, large buffet breakfast and polite staff. The location is perfect to drive to the Meteora monasteries, the hotel had enough parking spaces for our rental car. Very easy access from Athens too, via the new highway. But perhaps no extra publicity is needed anymore, because even in late September the monasteries and the roads around them were a bit overcrowded… The hotel room was lovely with a small balcony towards the Meteora rocks. But it is a pity that the tour busses park in the back street and some empty busses keep their engines running for too long (airco?)… It was also unfortunate that the guests in the room next to ours were talking very loud, as if they were always arguing with each other, which woke us up during the night…

The noise in the hotel corridor and in the room next door

This was a comfortable hotel with good facilities and didn't feel as busy as it undoubtedly was. The room was a good size and had comfy beds and a very well equipped bathroom. The view from our small terrace of the rocks was wonderful. I swam in the pool a couple of times and it was very pleasant. Most of all the staff were excellent and every time we called reception our query was met with prompt help.

the breakfast, although an excellent spread, felt like being in a canteen as there were so many tour groups around us. It would be a good idea to put non tour group guests in a separate area of the dining room for breakfast.

The room was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive and good. The views were amazing. The Sauna was nice to have.

The room was slightly dated. The swimming pool water was too cold. There was no muesli or apples for breakfast. There were no written instructions on display on the appropriate spa area etiquette, so some people were not showering before and after using the sauna or before and after entering the swimming pool. Access to the spa area was involved walking outside the hotel for about 50 meters.

Our experience at Divani Hotel was fantastic. The hotel's location is ideal for anyone with children, especially those who wish to visit the Natural History Museum and the Mushroom Museum. There are many restaurants and bars in the area, but none match the quality of the Divani's restaurant. The food is exceptional, with a fantastic taste and generous portions. The breakfast is rich, offering a variety of delicacies that reflect the quality of Greek culture. You can even try honey directly from the beehive, something I've never seen even in 5-star hotels. Another unique aspect of Divani Hotel is the staff. I would like to especially thank Fotis, our waiter, who not only served us but also shared in the joy of my son's 14th birthday. Receptionist Aigia was another gem in the Divani Hotel's staff. Thank you to everyone for making these two days feel like a week of relaxation.

The personnel were very kind, happy and helpful. The breakfast has good quality The location is great.

We asked for a double bed and not for two beds separately. The result was two separate beds side by side, but not of the same quality. The one was aged and more soft and the other is new and more stable. So these are not at the same height when you are trying to sleep. Also the spa and gym is at the next building without an inner connection. Finally the parking could not cover the needs for full season capacity.

Lively hotel. Very helpful staff. We had buffet meal at hotel first night after long day travelling, and then into the town 2nd night. Yummy. It is a nice hotel with a small infoor pool +gym a short walk from outside the building. Bedroom views stunning of the nunnery. Verdana bare so not very inviting to sit out on. Would recommend some greenery or pottery to make it beautiful. The view is amazing of course.

Unfortunately no family rooms. So had to get two separate rooms with twin beds, with one adult with one child. That was expected. Hoping to get rooms beside each other, Unfortunately not, as one room was wrong. AC didn't work in one room and toilet broken but fixed immediately in another room. But it all didn't matter, as things happen in lots of hotels and we were just relaxed and enjoying it all. Teen tour groups can be a bit noisy in restaurant also. But all part of the experience eh.

Great hotel on a wonderful location and amazing views, spacious and well equipped rooms, very kind and helpful stuff, delicious food.

The only thing we didn’t like was that for going into the spa you have to first go outside and then enter the hotel on another door. It was just a few steps but still with wet hair and with small baby, it wasn’t nice going outside on the cold. Not sure if this is always like this because there was a door inside too, but we couldn’t use it.

The staff were polite and friendly. The public areas were well presented and comfortable. There was extensive breakfast available. We liked value added touches like the gifts left for Easter in our room.

Bathroom was tired and paint was pealing off the ceiling above the bath. You need to walk outside to gain access to the indoor pool.
