The room is clean and cosy with a shared living space which is well-decorated with wooden furnature. It is close to the town center, about 6-7 minutes walk. I would prefer to stay here again for the next visit.

Wonderful heritage property, with beautiful period furnishings. You enter into a shared living room area. Our “superior double room with view of the Meteora formations”was elegant and large. There was a walk-out balcony (second floor). There was a lovely period fireplace—plaster exterior to match the rooms furnishings and ambience. It features a frescoed floral design—not sure if it is a working fireplace—but whatever—it’s the centerpiece of a lovely large bedroom. The bedding and mattress, pillows are of excellent quality, contributing to a great sleep. Bathroom is reasonable size to access comfortably. The shower is spa type with different controls for directing jets of water to help sore muscles- Toiletries are generous and of very good quality. Towels are generously-sized and of quality

The location was great with a magnificient view. The house was a traditional old house but with modern touch. The lady was so polait and very friendly and she let us in with our dog! Super clean bed sheets and towels! It had a fridge and nice shower..Great terrace. Very quite place.

The room was not comfortable for 4 pax. Even though we were 2 adults 2 children,the room was not suitable for all.

Amazing location with a view of the rocks. Quirky and attractive property. Massive bedroom with a jacuzzi bath. Bustling town with loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. Parking wasn't easy but not too difficult in the town.

The staff were not so friendly, especially when we arrived as the hotel has two receptions and it was confusing. Breakfast wasn't the best, just needed a few more items.

Perfect location right near the fab hiking trail that goes up to two of the monasteries. Elena was wonderful, giving us very good advice about seeing the monasteries, and her freshly baked spinach pies, delicious, bougatsa, excellent coffee, fresh fruits, eggs, and much more made a great breakfast. The charming room with a terrace had the best view! We had a great three nights.

Lovely room with a nice balcony. Host was friendly and helpful and our room was ready earlier than our planned check in. Beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. Bathroom was large and well stocked. Would stay again. Short walk downhill to some restaurants. The one we chose was a “mom and pop” affair and quite good.

Excellent location, short walk into the main area of town. But we really liked the guesthouse being very close to the walking track leading up to the monasteries. Bedroom facilities comfortable. We did read that there was a shared kitchen but it was quite small and downstairs in a small area so we opted to eat out. View or the Rocks from the balcony was really nice Easy parking

Located at the end of town at the foot of the rocks nice and clean lots of restaurants excellent town Kalabaka loved it

We loved the location as it has a view of the mountain. Room was quite traditional older style and cosy.. No tea/coffee making facilities but we did take advantage of the breakfast offered next door. Very relaxed feel to the place.

No tea/coffee making. Little bit dark in bathroom and toilet didn't flush so well.

Apartments close to the hiking trail, far from the center, quiet, comfortable beds, and good internet.

The tree almost completely covers the beautiful view from the balcony, and the door to the balcony is broken.
