Location was excellent. Outside of the town, so a car is needed for transportation and if you want to eat in town. The pool was not heated but even in October we risked a swim. We had a wonderful suite with two bedrooms and one bathroom that had a balcony and a direct view of Meteora.

The on site restaurant was not that good. Although off season, they had a big group and the lady serving was overwhelmed to the point that she forgot our deserts and seemed irritated of our presence. The food was overpriced and not that good. Better drive into town, plenty of taverns.

The location is beatiful. This hotel is worth at least because waking up, you will see a phantastic view of Meteora. Then, you will not want to leave a balcony. There is plenty of parking place. The staff is perfect, the restaurant lady was so helpful to us. And the dinner in the evening hotel restaurant was worth of it. We liked the hotel. If I will visit Meteora again, I will foremost consider this hotel. It is a bit out of the town, but it is easy to reach both the town and the Meteora itself.

upon arrival, we turned the key to our room and it was really a disappointment, no view, on the dark side and not very spacious. I instantly rang reception and the lady told us she had one other room that had interconnecting rooms so we were moved to that and goodness I was so grateful to her (thank you!) as it was superbly spacious, big bedrooms, big bathroom, big balcony and what a view! We were over the moon as our whole trip was about seeing the Meteora and at the time of booking the hotel, I do not recall a large room being available for me to select. The rooms themselves are very simply furnished, a little old style and the beds not magnificently comfortable but they were adequate. But compared to the initial room on a lower level with no view over the Meteora, it far, far exceeded our expectations and as we were there for 3 nights, we really welcomed the extra space. At night, the view from the balcony was absolutely magnificent. I have to say all the staff on the reception desk were excellent and had good English. Location was fantastic and you literally have a whole choice of restaurants in very nearby Kastraki town or you can drive a little further into Kalampaka itself. The view from the pool is exactly as the photos portray it

We all felt breakfast could have been a bit better. Whilst there was a very big choice, there was no variation on any of the mornings we were there. The pool was a fantastic size and a good number of loungers and beanbags available to all. However, the water in the pool was very, very cloudy and green and we stayed in 4 different hotels with pools on our trip, we can say the water in this pool was the least clean for sure so that was disappointing.

Unbelievable location and facilities. Close to all the monasteries and village. The swimming pool and the balcony in our room had the most amazing views !! Worth it 100% The room itself was very spacious and quiet. The bathroom big and clean.

The restaurant at the hotel was quite expensive and the food was not traditionally greek- was more tailored to tourists with burgers, sandwiches and that sort of stuff. The pool area was again amazing but unfortunately there aren’t enough sun beds for all the guests

The view is amazing, the hotel is on great calm location, away of noise, cars.. The lobby area was very nice. We will definitely come in spring or summer months so we can use the pool and enjoy the view. Meteora is a must see. We also visited Trikala Christmas Market and the kids loved it. The staff was nice and very polite.

As we were in December, I didn't like the floor in the room, as it was with tiles, coz it fels colder, and also no heating unit in the bathroom. The breakfast was sort of variety (salty and sweet), but still, i felt it like uncomplited, like something was missing. For winter days, the hotel is definitly missing some spa center, like sauna, turkish bath, and heated pool. Imagine taking a bath in an outdoor heated pool in December and admiring Meteora rocks behind you ❤️

The hotel is well located, not too far from the main road so easy reachable. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very goof. The main reason you want to stay here is the view. You have a second to none view of the Meteora mountains from the terrace and pool area. Our room as also facing the mountains and we could witness the sunrise from the privacy of our room terrace, which was magical.

The hotel restaurant has a bit of a cafeteria feel, it is functional but not very cosy. The decor and furniture in the rooms are dated, still all very clean and in good working conditions but not the most modern style.

This is a fantastic hotel for going on hikes to the monasteries or just relaxing by the pool and marvelling at the view! The hotel has a restaurant that served some of the most delicious salads I tasted in Greece and since the location is remote, it's quiet and wonderful for deep nourishing sleep (as long as you don't mind the crickets :D).

Make sure to arrange transportation in advance as connections are rare and can get sold out ;) The staff at the reception is very helpful with all the assistance you might require and knowledgeable about which monastery is closed on which day etc.

This is a perfect hotel in this area!!! It is located outside village Kastraki, on the hills, facing beautiful Meteora rocks and we were lucky to arrive there in the sunset when the view was amazing! Since it is outside of the village, it is perfectly quiet, I couldn't imagine a better accomodation for visiting Meteora. Breakfast was extremely rich, many different options, you cannot manage to try everything. Restaurant is open all day, food is excellent and prices are moderate, like in any other restaurant but you can have a dinner right beside the pool in a beautiful terrace.

WiFi in the room was extremely weak.

We were very pleased to have booked a room with a panoramic Meteora view as it was great to look out at the rocks at all times during our stay. The view was just as good while swimming in the pool. Breakfast was very good. We only stayed one night but returned for a light lunch after a second visit to the monasteries. Considering how busy it was around the monasteries and in the town it was quiet and peaceful at the hotel.

The reception staff were exceptional. I twisted my ankle downtown, and I was provided with a walking cane (which I needed for 2 days). The views are phenomenal, and the breakfast was the best one of all the Greek hotels I stayed in. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It's an older hotel, but well maintained. Used an actual key for the room. Very quaint
