The location is in a quiet, relaxing area in Kalabaka. Out on the balcony of room 13, we had a great view of the stunning Meteora! The bed was very comfortable, shower had good water pressure and hot water. The buisness is ran by two sisters who went out of there way to be extra hospitable. On our check out day we had heard of a bus going from Kalabaka to Albania. However the company didnt speak any english through the phone number we were given. We asked them for help and they helped us out greatly! One of the two lovely lady's Got her scooter, and asked my girlfriend to jump on. She drove her to the exact pickup location the bus would stop for us. This wasnt an official bus stop. So she wanted to make sure that we would know where to wait. Needless to say they went above and beyond to help us with our travels. In addition we were allowed to stay in their lobby until closing time, since it was a very hot day, they wanted to ensure our comfort. Using their AC in the lobby :) Would recommend to anyone traveling around the Meteora area! You will feel right at home!

We arrived a few hours before check in time and they allowed us to check-in. The staff was very nice. We were up 2 flights with no elevator, but had very little luggage to carry. The room was very small, but we were only there for one night. The bathroom was very large. The heater worked very nicely, so we were warm and comfortable. They offer breakfast for 8€ per person, but we did not eat there. Overall nice hotel for our one night stay. Parking was easy on the street right in front of the entrance of the hotel, but it is March, so there are not many tourists yet. Balcony view of Meteora.

There are 4 pillows on the bed. 2 are hard as a rock and 2 have little hard balls, so I would definitely suggest new pillows. The room was clean, but the linen was old and not so white any more. The people walking the hallway outside our door were not very loud, but there is no insulation in the walls and the door must be hollow core, because we could hear them very easily.

Those with heavy luggage should take into account that a budget room may be on the 3rd floor. Which, however, is typical for almost all mini-hotels.

The location is great. The room itself is small but it was nicely decorated and clean. We had a partial view to the mountain which was nice (but I realized having a view to the mountain is not necessarily worth paying because basically you can see them from all over and you'll get used to them). The view from the balcony was funny as we could see someone's garden and it was like a big mess. But we focused on the upper side of the view:))). The breakfast is really small but tasty. Butter, marmelade, friend eggs, ham, things like this. The bathroom was big and nice. I would recommend this accommodation.

The bed sheets and towels were a bit old but they were clean at least. We could hear the AC from other rooms during the night and some noises, but not that bad.

close to the center of the town, only need to walk a few minuts to the restaurant. it is a standard hotel with all necessary things in the room and there is no problem with water, heating or cleanliness. although the furnitures are used for some years but still comfortable, views on the balcony is nice, especially in the early morning when the fog covers the little town.

Some equipment could be updated, such as the bedside lamps.

I chose the room because it is close to the bus station and also has an incredible view from the balcony. Close to town, helpful staff. Although it is basic accommocation and the room is small, there are nice details like a fridge, water, and a pair of slippers. The shower is great, better than many more expensive hotels I've stayed in, with good water pressure and temperature and a showerhead in the right spot.

It seems to be more of a Booking problem than accommodation issue but, when I booked on the phone app, it didn't show restrictions for check-in time. When I booked, I already knew that my bus wouldn't arrive until after 9pm, and I specifically booked this place for easy walking distance from the bus station. Only after booking was I made aware that an after-hours check-in would be necessary after 7pm, and there could be no checking-in at all after 10pm, which made me stress on the bus ride in case something came up that caused a delay. I would have booked elsewhere without a limit if I had known at the time of booking.

Amazing place to stay while visiting Meteora especially for the low price and location. We woke up to amazing views of the sun rising over the cliffs of Meteora. The staff are incredibly friendly and they made our stay fantastic, especially because we had missed our tour bus and they went out of their way to help us and gave us a lift to Meteora to meet with the tour that left us. This event left us speechless and we offered them money for the gas and time and they refused. And this sums up their incredible hospitality. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you once again to the staff!

We really liked the location of the hotel and the room in general as it was really clean and had all the facilities we could need (hair drier, AC, a balcony which was very nice, etc). Besides, the arrival was very easy and they were veey nice when we needed a few more minutes before checking out

Just to say something: the pillows were a little bit too hard and "high", but they were not the worse ones we have experienced in Greece

The hotel is very well located in town, and the room is clean and comfortable. We booked a suite with a balcony view of the Meteora rocks and did have a good view of St Stephen's Monastery. A good value for staying in Kalabaka! We also enjoyed having a kettle in the room so we could make our own coffee in the morning.

The room was a bit small and could have used a chair or larger table for placing items when the bed was in use.

Location was very good - close to many restaurants, and easy access to the trails leading up to the monasteries. The room also had good views of the cliffs.

Breakfast was so-so, and with limited hours. Bathroom needed some maintenance - the shower stall lacked a curtain/door, meaning water kept getting on the floor.
