The staff were very friendly, helpful and greeted us warmly. The room was a good size and we had a fantastic view of Meteora from our large balcony. The room was in a quiet location and the double glazed windows screened any street noise. The hotel was clean and well managed. We booked a package with dinner included and we enjoyed fabulous food with attentive service. The hotel is in an excellent location to visit the monasteries and see the local area.

There is no lift in the main hotel area and the stairs are quite narrow. We had small luggage and a member of staff offered to carry our cases.

The staff was super friendly, and we just wanted to say thank you to Christina for a nice check in and check out. The room was exceptional. We stayed in the stone room and loved it. Super clean, very nicely designed. It truly felt luxurious. The location is also great. Easy to walk to convenience stores and many restaurants. Nice views of the elevated plateaus. We highly recommend this hotel and would return again :-)

The parking facilities could have been better allocated specifically to the hotel. They don’t really have their own parking. It’s in the road. It would be good if they could reserve actual spots prioritized to the hotel. But we had no issues as it was low season. I can imagine in high season parking could become a problem.

Very comfortable hotel located in the smallest of the two villages close to the Meteora monasteries. The hotel is well located, 5mn driving from the closest monasteries, and 15mn walking from the start of a hiking trail that takes you along several monasteries. The hotel also have dedicated parking spaces (on the street in front). The staff was really nice. Always caring, and they even helped us find a car repair shop nearby. Their restaurant is the best rated in Kastraki village, and deserves it! Their breakfast was also really decent.

The basic suites are a bit narrow.

This place was amazing and very enjoyable to stay at. Location was great and the area is pretty quiet.

Only one downside I can say about this hotel. It advertisers it’s an Adult friendly/adults only hotel and yet they when we sat down at the restaurant on the premises to have a drink there were kids there. I’m not sure if they were hotel guests or just some patrons eating at the hotel’s restaurant. Either way when I book at an Adult only hotel I don’t want to share the restaurant with noisy kids. I can get that at home.

Wonderfully air conditioned which was very welcome in a 41+ degree heatwave! Really friendly staff. The room we stayed in was pretty small but what we were expecting. We don't normally eat in hotel restaurants but ended up there and the meal turned out to be the best of the trip...the salmon was incredible, as was the apple crumble. The kittens playing around our feet was nice too! 10 min drive to most of the monasteries. V easy parking on the street. Plenty of other restaurants and the geological museum all within v short walking distance.

I have nothing but positive comments for this hotel! We stayed here during a quiet period for the sight of Meteora but this hotel is a little magical world of its own. Our room (the one with fireplace, steam shower and sauna) was excellent upon arrival and got cleaned daily! Our towels and bathrobes got changed daily as well, and our bed was made, making us feel very cozy, comfortable and luxurious. We received kindling and wood for our fireplace daily as well, which made our stay great; we kept it on every evening and at bedtime. The bathroom was clean and everything worked as intended. There was hot water at all times, and even the toilet accessories were modern, ensuring 100% comfort and hygiene. There's a small chance you'll make a mess in the shower the first time if you don't close the door fully but nothing terrible. The various lights in the room are an excellent idea, as is the ceiling fan. The staff is impeccable. They're always smiling, very eager to help you with anything, and they go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your stay. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and we also got some drinks from the bar, all was 10/10. They even offered us a big bag of breakfast for our early departure since we couldn't enjoy the breakfast buffet (which was great, by the way, lots of options for all diets).

My recent stay was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and thoughtfulness of the space. The room was stunning—brilliantly clean and exquisitely designed with meticulous attention to even the smallest details. Every element, from the furnishings to the lighting, contributed to an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. We stayed at the Nefeli suite which had an amazing view to the Meteora rocks. The service was exemplary, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and warmth truly made me feel at home. We would like especially to commend Christina at the reception. Breakfast was offering a wide variety of dishes that were not only diverse but also exceptionally delicious. The quality and presentation of the food were remarkable, and it was clear that a great deal of care went into curating this experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. It is a place where every detail is considered, and every guest is treated with the utmost care. We look forward to returning!

Nothing! All was perfect

This is an absolutely fab hotel, quite small and quant but exceeded expectations for food, service and room. Rooms were a great size and very clean. The included breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice and great barista made coffee. The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable and so willing to help they were lovely to be around and knew a lot about the local area. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right near the famous monasteries (still a decent walk or a 2 minute drive) and the next town over was just a two minute drive. Nothing was far away, if you have a car!

This property was one of my favorite in Greece. There is so much to like. They have such an amazing hotel, with great amenities. I think their bed was the best mattress I slept in ever. The jacuzzi in the room was a great touch, and so was the steam shower. Breakfast was magical and truly above and beyond my expectations for a Greek breakfast. The location is also perfect for exploring the area and getting to the monasteries. Parking wasn’t an issue and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was a not spacious. The bed was difficult to get into as it was built wall to wall, with steps either side to climb onto the bed. No problem for a young person, but I am not a young person. The bed was very comfortable though, so worth the effort.
