The staff were amazing and very helpful the lobby is spacious and the breakfast was so tasty. The location was more than excellent 2 minutes away by walk from the bus KTEL station and 2 minutes away too from the shopping area and restaurants. And located in a very safe area Sure I recommend it.😍😍😍😍

The lghts in the room are dim we had to open the curtains for better seeing. But its not a big deal since everything else was more than perfect thank you😍

Very close to the centre and a lovely view of the river, kind helpful staff and excellent facilities (air con, nice toiletries and slippers, balcony, fabulous spacious bed for two tired travellers)

No plug for the bath, we hadn’t expected a bath but my husband would have liked this if available. Breakfast offer was large and seemed to involve a lot of cake and sweets, personally I would have liked more fruit / healthy options but the coffee was plentiful.

Super comfortable bed, plenty of room to put things away in drawers, a good desk for working at with my laptop. Perfect location on the edge of the city centre. Easy to walk everywhere yet quiet at night. Reception staff helpful and efficient, housekeeping staff did a great job.

Although the breakfast was good and varied, the coffee was cold, which reduced the overall enjoyment! Strange bathroom design. There was an internal window that let in smells of pipes/other rooms' bathrooms. And to take a shower, you climb into a high sided bath that has a curved 'floor' so no flat space to stand while showering. Could be quite dangerous for less mobile people to maneuver round in and get out of!

Very good breakfast. The room was quite luxurious for its price. Great view from the balcony. Attention to detail.

The staff forgot to put a plastic bag inside the rubbish bin in the bathroom, so I used the plastic bag from the other bin in the bedroom. The air conditioning machine seemed a little broken, even though I didn't need to turn it on because the central heating system was more than sufficient.

The bathroom facilities were small and it was difficult to use the shower. The parking on the ground floor was almost always full and it was difficult to be always on time especially on a business trip when you had to walk to the nearby hotel parking provided to pick up the car.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel. The location was perfect which was not up in the central area with all the noise but just a 3 minute walk down the river which was perfect for me as I traveled both sides of the town. The room was quite comfy, the bed was very good and the shower water was always perfect temperature.

Only downside for me of the hotel is the not so rich breakfast but I realise that not everything can be perfect otherwise it would be more stars and it would cost a lot more for us. Acceptable downside on my part.

Fast and professional. In addition the lady that was checking me in was handling an irate customer. She handled her with respect and she kept her composure calm and professional. I was very impressed how she handle that customer !!

the bathroom was quite small, and the sink was particularly tiny, making it a bit inconvenient. Despite this, the service and friendliness of the staff made up for the minor discomfort.

The location of the hotel. The fact that they had parking area in the back yard of the hotel. The breakfast was nice. The staff was really helpful.

The bathroom was small. They didn't have family rooms or interconnected rooms. The decoration of the room /allocation of furniture could have been better or with better use of the available space. The fact that from the parking area the hotel looks old.

Basic but nice size room and a little balcony with river view. 2 min from the KTEL Trikala ticket office (shuttle to the bus termainal is available). 1 min from the taxi stop (5 EURO to the bus terminal). Strong WiFi. Nice set of amenities (inc. tooth brush and paste). Varieties of breakfast selection.

check in was not really organized. A/C not strong. Fridge not very cool.
