The property is located in the open country close to Vittoria. It has been lovingly renovated with taste and style. The rooms are airy, spacious and exquisitely finished. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food offer is good and abundant offering also local specialities and home-made delicacies. The grounds are well-kept and clean considering that this is open country. The pool area is relatively quiet.

Unfortunately there are some things which need improving. The fact that there is no mini-bar in the room is one of them, notwithstanding an offer the keep any thing in the hotel's fridges. This is definitely not enough and hard to accept. I also understand the choice of not having television in the room but at least this should be compensated with good connectivity. During our stay both wi-fi services and mobile reception is intermittent. Otherwise, it is a superb property. Keep it up. We loved it.

The farm stay was absolutely incredible and very beautiful - we didn’t want to leave! The food was very good, the breakfast spread was fantastic and the dinners can’t be missed! The staff were all very helpful and welcoming - special mention to Gianni who went the extra mile everyday to make our stay perfect! Would definetly recommend a stay for at least 3-4 nights, as just 1 is not enough to appreciate it.

The rooms could benefit from a small fridge to keep water cold - we had to throw away some gifts we had bought which needed to be refrigerated. The water pressure on the shower could be better (but it’s not the worst). We had also booked a cooking class believing we would be making multiple dishes, however we cancelled last minute as we were told we would only be making ravioli. For €140 per person, you would make one dish, that then replaces one of the courses at dinner that evening. I am not sure this is good value.

Everything was perfect: quiet location in the countryside, stunning facilities with typical exposed stone walls and stylish furniture, relaxing atmosphere, young friendly staff, delicious breakfast with plenty of sweet and savory options, great natural wines! We stayed off seasons so the price was more than reasonable - a true gem and unexpected surprise! We would definitely go back. Big thanks to the staff who met our requests and made us feel welcome! Baglio is not that far from Ragusa and Modica, we used it as a base to visit surrounding towns but consider it takes 30-45 minutes. It’s so comfortable and relaxing that we could as well have stayed there the entire day!

I cannot say enough good things about Baglio Occhipinti! Our room was stunning and spacious, with a claw foot tub and extremely comfortable bed. Truly magical grounds, views of the orchards/vineyards, quaint outdoor gardens and nooks. A beautiful swimming pool, which I had to swim in (even though it was super chilly during our stay in November). Excellent services; Viviana helped book us a tour of the nearby Occhipinti Vineyard as well as an in-room massage. The breakfast spread was incredible, and the dinners excellent – and the cooks were extremely accommodating to my food allergies. We stayed for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer! And it's a great location – from here we made trips to Ragusa, Modica, and even Agrigento/Valley of the Temples (although that was a more significant drive, maybe not for everyone). I hope to revisit this incredible place someday.

Driving through the Victorian wine region, the sun goes down and it gets dark too early in the season, and we don't want to rush down to this winery Farm hotel, not thinking that everything is as good as we hoped. The daughter of the farm family is a landscape architect, So the whole hotel is beautiful everywhere, especially the living room in the public area, every detail is shining。Breakfast was also excellent and natural wines were served

The address on booking was wrong. It went to the back of the winery instead of the front door. Can ask the owner to give a correct location.

The staff were all lovely , as was our room. Initially we’d booked a more expensive room as we were keen to visit the area after seeing it on a tv programme. I was very glad we managed to rebook a better value room. As we loved our stay for the price we paid. The dining room experience was also lovely, great ambience and staff, but it was a tad on the pricey side when there was no choice. I knew this before we visited so wasn’t disappointed but I do think an element of choice over dinner would have added so much to the experience. My husband doesn’t like octopus and I don’t like meat/fish balls.. but that’s personal taste as the dishes were very nice. We would have booked 2 nights if this had been different. Breakfast was lovely . And the pool are was attractive .

Not a lot, The flies by the pool, but thats hard to change. being picky , id say around the outdoor tables it was a little muddy , might have preferred it to be a little tidier just where the tables were .

I stayed at Baglio on the last night of my 10 day trip at Sicily. It was the visit to Azienda Agricola Arianna Occhipinti that brought me to Baglio. The place is magical in the midst of olive orchards, vineyards, carob trees and garrigue. The team is wonderful making you feel not only welcomed, but comfortable and home. The design is beautiful yet comfortable and practical at the same time. Just wonderful.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel near Vittoria in the south of Sicily. Spacious rooms with all comfort you need. Beautifully renovated farmhouse, with respect for the traditional style. Magnificent breakfast. Relaxing pool area, perfect service. Very personal. Perfect getaway.

Wifi signal was not so strong around the entire hotel and you needed to fill in credentials multiple times a day.

The building and the surroundings are beautiful. It felt very peaceful and the breakfast was very good. The hostess received us very well, and made us feel so welcome. Several areas to unwind without bumping into other guests. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The cats living in the property are super cute. Negronis were super good.

The 6 course food course dinner was not up to par with the rest of the experience. However, we are also spoiled foodies. The pool is not heated.

it’s amazing well-maintained hotel with beautiful facilities! I was in love! Breakfasts are incredible- local products, great variety, incredibly tasty! It included fruit, fresh pressed juices, freshly made pies! The best we’ve ever had!

Type of dinner is not appropriate for the agritourismo!! The price of dinner for 2 equals the price of overnight stay with breakfast! It was Table d’hôte dinner (one set with no possibility to choose) from the chef (tiny portions, it took almost 2hrs for the dinner because we waited a while for every dish, extremely overpriced for Sicily, drinks not included). The quality of food was very good, but I find it ridiculous to have such mega fancy dinner in the upper-level agritourismo, without alternatives. We would prefer a simple local countryside dinner. This was also why we didn’t stay longer than 1 night - there are no alternatives for dinner in the area because the agritourismo is so remote, and having such dinner second time would be too much.
