This quaint motel was perfect for myself and children. We had an amazing and comfy stay. The new owners have excellent customer service and are best solution oriented. The housekeeper was beyond friendly and very accommodating.

Unfortunately, on our second day, new guest arrived in the room the housed the wifi extender and removed it from the wall, which in turn did not allow us internet access. The staff and owners, were wonderful when dealing with this problem. They provided two excellent solutions. And are looking into a long time solution.

The room is lovely - lots of love went into building this property years ago. The stained glass mural over the windows and doors is a beautiful and caring touch. We slept with windows open, front and back, and the gentle breeze on a cool night was wonderful.

The front window in our room was broken, so we were a little put off when we first went in. The restaurant was overwhelmed with business they didn't expect meaning that things were slow and offerings limited when we were there in mid-September. No breakfast included.

It was clean, a good size room, fabulous updated bathroom. The parking outside your door is great.

The electrical. 2 plugs is not enough. Couldn't work microwave and fridge together. Also, No plug in the bathroom for blow dryer. There needs to be instructions on setting the AC.

Efficient and secure self-check-in system. Big comfortable rooms with outside sitting area. Just a short walk to beach and boardwalk. BIg supermarket and launderette in nearby Mindemoya.

Kitchen not very fully equipped but manager responded to requests for items. Restaurant offering very limited service and not many other places to eat in this area, though Lake Huron Fish and Chips is very good.

The location is a 30mims drive from South Baymouth where the ferry lands. The drive is serene and the location is walking minutes away from the harbour. The rooms are clean, the service was above and beyond both by the restaurant at Huron Sands and the rooms. The owner and the staff gave us the best experience. Kindness and humbleness go a long way, so does smiling and they never refrained from it.

The location was great. One suggestion is there could be discounts for seniors. We thought the price was a little high.especially for seniors. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful.

Our room had all the amenities we required including a toaster, toaster/oven, 2 cooking elements, kettle, coffee maker and a mini bar fridge. It exceeded our expectations wrt amenities. Self checkout was also convenient. Overall we had a very good stay and experience!

A minor point but one of the front windows wouldn't close properly. Otherwise it was all good.

The owner Mr Ravi was excellent in his customer service and ensured that each and every request of my family was catered to. He even went out of his way in providing us with breakfast (especially made for us) the location was perfect and very close to the beach. Parking was excellent too. Overall the motel experience ensured we had a very comfortable and memorable time at manitoulin island

Exceptionally clean.perfect location.Staff were both helpful and engaging. I met the owners and instantly felt a connection .They were both a lovely couple and so kind. I felt I made new friends.

The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owners are welcoming and accommodating. It is a few minutes from the beach. If we come back to the island, we will stay there again!
