Location is great, beautiful scenery, a rental car is highly recommended for this location. We had a suite with spa bath which was a large room with a very comfortable bed. Would benefit from AC in the summer months. Staff we friendly one receptionist even drove us to the bus stop on the last day for our bus to the airport which was such a display of kindness. There is an amazing pizza restaurant just 9min walking from the hotel.. Abu tita... It's a must go!

There is nowhere in the hotel in the day/evening to get food or drink other than the minimal selection in your mini bar. Spa is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos.

- beautiful green surroundings, quiet. - comfortable room, great beds, very clean - no grand breakfast buffet, but nice and tasty and with the most important ingredients. - lovely staff, super nice. - cute wellness area, with small sauna, in/outdoor pool and jacuzzi-area. That was so nice after a day of walking!! - we went for dinner at a restaurant nearby, there are a few good ones right on the main road (2 mins by car). Villa la Angostura is just a few miles along the road. You do need a car to get around.

clean, nice heated pool and friendly stuff. Joaquin and the young lady at the lobby were super friendly and gave us some really good tips.

the lady that runs the kitchen during breakfast and the man in the lobby. Also, if you book during the summer make sure not to get a room on the top floor, our room was 35 degrees and their solution was to open the windows and close the curtains.

The location is bad if you don’t have a car, mostly residential area and gets very dark in the evening. The room was very small and not super comfortable. Breakfast was boring with dry bread and not much to choose from. All in all very pricy for what you get in return.
