Great view, friendly staff, easy check-in and check out, free water and coffee (couldn't stay all night due to the situation in the region, unfortunately - spent only a few hours)

Room and jacuzzi are exposed to the outdoor restaurant (especially at night if the lights inside the room are on) Spa bath smells bad, very noisy, and felt a bit of electricity in the water (had to turn it off immediately and use it as a normal bathtub)

the location was good 5 min drive to jounieh and next to harissa. the team was supportive and the hotel management was great and the rooms were cleaned on daily basis.

there was no wifi for most of the stay because the management were changing their service providers but at the end issue was solved.

The view, location and friendly team. Delicious breakfast in a restaurant with amazing view. The room had slippers which was really a nice surprise. Overall, it was a beautiful experience.

the room is small. better do not use the hairdryer in the bathroom - it makes a very bad smell.

The view is much much more then stunning! The junior suite is beautiful. The place is very calm. The hotel is very classy.

The breakfast is considered poor related to such hotel and must be adjusted to the level of the hotel. The number of the employees working in the hotel is insufficient.

Room view was amazing, hotel is newly renovated and the wood touch in the room is cozy, rooms are comfortable and clean. Reception staff were very helpful, specially George & Tia. The hotel overall is superb and highly recommended

An amazing panoramic view but if you booked the biggest room. Other rooms have less view of Jouneh & sea. A perfect getaway for couples to enjoy a view with a hot tub.

The location and the view is amazing. The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful especially while arranging for taxis.
