The hotel staff are fantastic. Particularly Mrs Hoa, who took me on her own motorbike to a pharmacy to pick up cough medicine for my sister...then to stop for banh mi, juice and water. The facilities are lovely, rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast has a nice variety. Staff was very responsive to our needs. Will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Pleiku

construction noise. I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day, so it didn't affect me much, but it got a little loud sometimes.

I spend two nights in the hotel. The location is quite good 'cos it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Đại Đoàn Kết square. For those who are runners, they can easily find the route to get running tracklog in the morning. The facilities are in good condition, the room is spacious and clean and I can see the new year atmosphere in the hotel. Car parking is also free and easy to get access to The staff are accommodating and helpful. They give clear information of Pleiku city and help us to hire a motor bike with reasonable price. Also the staff in the restaurant are very nice and caring, they served good foods for breakfast. There is a small shop in the hotel which provides local specialities such as coffee, cashew... The hotel goes beyond my expectations! I will recommend this hotel to my friend or will get a room if I visit this beautiful city next time! I must send my thanks to the management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service :))

The second day, I move to smaller room located in the middle of the building (The room is available at 10AM and the bellman helped us to carry luggage to the room carefully). There is one think I dislike is that the toilet is designed near the WC door and it is only 15 cm far from the wall so it 's hard for big size person to use the toilet (This note is for the architect :P). The toilet in the triple room is quite comfortable. Other than that, everything is quite good and I get my money's worth!

This hotel was where I stayed on my last night in Vietnam. I was originally planning to leave earlier, but when I opened the app and saw a discount, I decided to book the last available room. Although it was the cheapest option, the service was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The room is clean, small but tidy, and has a beautiful view. However, the bathroom is a bit small. Can easily walk to nearby restaurants to find a place for dinner.

I appreciate the service attitude of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They were friendly and polite throughout our stay.

Even though it's a newly established hotel, my stay at this place in Pleiku was nothong short of comprehensive. From the accommodations to the banquet arrangements, conference facilities, and meeting spaces, everything exuded elegance, and meticulous attention to detail.

Located right in the center of Pleiku, it was convenient for our short visit to see friends. The service was quick, and I really enjoyed the pool on the fifth floor, which was not crowded at all compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

Everything was great! The breakfast is offered, and the staff is exceptionally warm and friendly. In addition, I am quite impressed with the hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off service. If you need it, you can contact the reception staff for dedicated support.

Booked it because it had a pool that was on the 5th floor thinking I could go and chill for the day in the sun by the pool but no it’s basically a pool inside with no sunbathing area
