Best breakfast ever and the restaurant at all is really great. A boating tour available directly at the restaurant. You can see and hear very sweet birds in the morning, and if you check the small island, you will likely see wild pigs. The accomodation was cheap, so for this price it was really fine.

The nature protected area is full of midges and the fly screen at window was slightly defect. Walls are thin, so you can hear e.g. the TV of the neighbours. Building sites in the near.

The staff was great and very caring always there for support. The last night we sat outside and had a nice parting drink. When it got cold the staff has brought us warm blankets outside that was very nice!

I liked everything about this this place. The staff were very kind and friendly.. I would recommend it any time.

We had a pleasant meal in the restaurant. Served by efficient and friendly waiters.

We were informed by a hotel staff member that our booked room was no longer available due to a 'technical issue'. We were only told this after arriving at the property following a 5 hour drive, and after sitting in the hotel restaurant for over 2 hours. We were offered alternative accomodation, but it was some distance from the property, and would not be available for another 2-3 hours. We decided to seek alternative accomodation ourselves. We left the hotel very angry with how we had been dealt with. Our main complaints were: 1. Why were we not told the room wasn't available beforehand? Surely the management knew of the problem before we arrived. A phone call would have been helpful. Instead they let us drive 5 hours, sit down for a meal, pay the bill and only then announce the 'technical issue' with the room. 2. The member of staff who we spoke to did not apologise for the late cancellation, and didn't offer any further explanation as to why the problem occured. We suspect it had been double booked. She showed no sympathy for our situation and actually laughed in our faces when we challenged her. Overall she appeared very stressed, rude and a bit out of control in her management role. We also observed her being very abrupt and unprofessional when dealing with a group of German guests on a nearby table. In our opinion she could benefit from developing her customer relations skills - further training? 3. The hotel offered us no compensation for this last minute cancellation. I would have expected them to refund some or all of the meal we paid for. We will not be making another booking at this property.
